[The use of endoscopic techniques in acute strangulated adhesive small bowel obstruction, proceeded under the guise of acute pancreatitis].

We report an unusual case of AASBO presenting like postcholecystectomy syndrome and acute pancreatitis. Diagnostic and therapeutic scope of laparoscopic interventions and endoscopic nasointestinal decompression in AASBO management is demonstrated.
