ABSTRACT
Mucoceles arising from the Blandin Nuhn glandsare uncommon benign lesions of the oral cavity, which by their clinical presentation may be confu-sed with more serious diseases such as vascular le-sions, pyogenic granulomas, polyps, or squamouspapillomas; thereby, it is convenient to be aware ofthe characteristics of this entity to guide the accurateand timely diagnosis and treatment. Herein, we pre-sent a case of a 10-year-old patient with a recurrentlesion of this type, which required surgical excisionand marsupialization of the same, with no evidenceof recurrence during follow-up.
