[Intravital diagnosis of thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery branches]. / Prizhiznennaia diagnostika tromboémbolii razvetvlenii legochnoi arterii.

The authors describe two cases of during life diagnosis of thromboembolism of pulmonary artery branches confirmed at autopsy. Certain criteria or such diagnosis are discussed, namely: latent cor pulmonale, reduction of ECG voltage, ECG signs of interventricular septum infarction, hemorrhagic syndrome as a manifestation of intravascular coagulation.
