ABSTRACT
Morgagnis hernia is rare in pediatrics, representing 1%-6% of all congenital diaphragmatic hernias (CDH). We report a young boy presented with obstructive jaundice caused by compression of common bile duct (CBD) due to stretching and rotation of second part of duodenum in right-sided Morgagni hernia. Such presentation is rarely reported in literature.

A 7 year girl presented with history of recurrent vomiting and altered sensonium. Laboratory investigators were within normal limits. A diagnosis of cyclic vomiting syndrome was made and treated with amitryptiline with good results.

Thymomas are associated with various autoimmune disorders in adults, most commonly with myasthenia gravis (MG). In MG antibodies developed against acetylcholine (ACh) receptors, resulting weakness of muscle after repeated use and recovery following a period of rest. However, MG due to thymoma is extremely rare in pediatric age group. We report an infant with MG due to invasive thymoma.
