ABSTRACT

The article deals with the air assets meant for evacuations of wounded and ill with delivery of health care during the flight. Perspective projects of aviation medical complex by analogy with "Ckal'pel'- MT" and evacuative--resuscitation plane Il112 "Ptechka" with attach-detach kit of medical equipment were adduced.

ABSTRACT

The article presents an observe of vehicles of medical evacuation (VME), existing in medical service of the Armed Forces of RF, intended for transporting of ill and wounded persons with delivery of emergency care in passing. Were presented perspective examples of CMV "Aybolit" and VME of middle and grand evacocapacity, pertained to elaboration. There was made a conclusion that the new generation of VME on chassis of the army all-wheel-drive vehicles, having an armor defense (complex of local defense), system of smooth transporting and loading-unloading system, permits solve questions of evacuation of ill and wounded persons from battle field more effectively.

ABSTRACT

In the article was analyzed the usage of the technical devices of medical assignment of NATO armed forces during the last military conflicts in different countries and prospects of its perfection. Among the most important programs were outlined: work on the systems of telemedicine with possibility of its usage in battle conditions, development of the independent life-support system in case of battle trauma and progressive medical mobile centers on the base of new motor carrier.

ABSTRACT

Physico-chemical parameters and features of macromolecular orgnization of FI-5 phage were studied. This virus was shown to contain a molecule of double-strander DNA with the standard set of nitrous bases (37.8 mol% GC). The molecule of this DNA in situ is characterized by partial disorder of the second structure. Phage virions contain about 47% of DNA and 53% of protein. The genome of the phage is represented by a DNA molecule with molecular weight 65X10(6) daltons and is capable of coding for a least 15 different proteins.

ABSTRACT

High infectivity of PBV-1 virus for different strains of E. coli has been demonstrated. Sizes of the virus particle are; head diameter 513 angstrom, length of the process 1500 angstrom, diameter of the process 60 angstrom. The buoyant density of the virus in cesium chloride density gradient is 1.49 g/cm3, in cesium sulphate-1.39 g/cm3, the sedimentation constant of the virus particle is 380S; molecular weight is 52.8 plus or minus 1.9 times 10-6 daltons. The PBV-1 virus contains double-stranded DNA with the melting temperature in 1 SSC (0.15 M NaCl plus 0.0015 M sodium citrate, pH 7.0) and in 0.1 SSC-88.5 degrees C, respectively. The buoyant density of DNA in cesium chloride gradient is 1.7058 g/cm3 and in cesium sulphate 1.424 g/cm3. The content of GC-pairs calculated by the melting temperature is 46.5% and by the buoyant density 46.7%. On the basis of DNA sedimentation constant value (30S) the average molecular weight of DNA has been calculated to be 23.7 times 10-6 daltons.
