In the article the data related to the infectious morbidity developed because of water factor and due to the pollution of the soil and water in the sanitary protective and recreation areas of water consumption in the city of Krasnodar is presented. The mentioned recommendations include the organizational and medical preventive measures targeted to the optimization of the industrial and domestic water consumption and to the elimination the causes of the pollution of drinking water with xenobiotics in the centralized water supply system.

ABSTRACT

Methodological, technological, and organization characteristics of efficiency evaluation of specialists and hygienic departments engaged in a State Sanitary Surveillance (SSS) Center of the first level of management are presented. Main notions concerning the efficiency of SSS are formulated. A method for quantitative evaluation of the quality is offered, allowing comparison of compatible and equivalent parameters. Validation for mathematical models of efficiency and quality criteria is offered. Computer technology Sanepidotsenka (Sanitary epidemiological evaluation) is offered, which is used in the regulation of SSS Center activities aimed at maintenance of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of territories.

ABSTRACT

Current methodology and organization of evaluations of the efficiency of specialists and subdivisions of sanitary epidemiological institutions of the first level of managing are presented. The authors propose a method for quantitative evaluation of the efficiency for comparison of compatible and equivalent values. Definitions essential for evaluation of the efficiency the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance are formulated.
