Construction of the Evaluation System of Man-Oriented Medical Ethics / 中国医学伦理学

Through introducing the reason of constructing the evaluation system of medical ethics,this paper summarized the specific ways of the whole-staff participation,content integration,the procedure standardization,the index digitalization,the assessment normalization,the result openness,the application rigidization and the management informatization in the evaluation of medical ethics.Then it concluded the importance and the positive effects of the evaluation system of man-oriented medical ethics in the hospital management and the construction of medical ethics:grasping the sensitive issues and defining the boundary of behaviors;grasping the core problems and standardizing the medical behaviors;grasping the development problems and improving the academic level,and grasping the ideological problems and constructing the humanistic spirit.

Adoption of quantified assessment in the training of residents in gynecology and obstetrics / 中华医院管理杂志

Objective To reinforce the training and management of residents in gynecology and obstetrics so as to enhance their general medical proficiency. Methods In view of the major weaknesses of the residents, specifics for training and assessment were worked out so that quantified assessment could be conducted. Results After a years work, there was a significant increase in the rate of first class medical records and the number of research papers published. There was also an improvement with regard to the safety of medical procedures. But there was no marked improvement in the performance of ward rounds assessed or the rate of excellent operations. Conclusion Quantified assessment, a relatively objective and impartial method, has spurred the residents to enhance their general medical proficiency.
