Circulating Heterophile Antibodies Causing Cardiac Troponin Elevation: An Unusual Differential Diagnosis of Myocardial Disease.

We present the case of a female patient who developed persistently elevated levels of cardiac troponin (cTn) after a previous episode of clinically presumed myocarditis.
