ABSTRACT
Este artigo é parte dos resultados da monografia "Trabalho e Saúde das Assistentes Sociais dos Municípios de Pequeno Porte". Objetivo: Aprofundar-se em um dos eixos pesquisados, ou seja, "analisar a representação social sobre prazer no trabalho dos assistentes sociais dos municípios de pequeno porte. Materiais e métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com coleta de dados por meio de 13 entrevistas com questões geradoras. A organização dos dados se deu pela técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, visando captar a representação social das trabalhadoras assistentes sociais. Resultados: Foram encontradas três (3) Ideias Centrais: a) O prazer no trabalho está na rotina de atender/ajudar pessoas com problemas; b)O prazer no trabalho está nos resultados quando os direitos dos usuários são viabilizados; c) O prazer no trabalho está em ter reconhecimento e receber agradecimento dos usuários do serviço. A análise de dados ocorreu com os referenciais teóricos de Serviço Social e da Saúde do Trabalhador. Conclusões: A representação sobre o prazer no trabalho reside na atenção direta aos usuários, cuja instrumentalidade do Serviço Social, em diferentes condições objetivas das políticas sociais, viabilizam direitos. A satisfação no trabalho também se dá quando são reconhecidas e, isso, em municípios de pequeno porte, estende-se também no âmbito da sociedade. O distanciamento físico e político das organizações da categoria e a organização do trabalho contribuem para a alienação do trabalho. Viver e trabalhar em localidades pequenas significa indissociabilidade entre ambos. Há ausência de outras competências e habilidades da profissão, especialmente no que se refere às atividades coletivas, pesquisa, gestão e controle social. O DSC permitiu evidenciar a fala singular e particular sobre o prazer no trabalho das assistentes sociais e o seu fazer profissional em condições concretas de aviltamento ou avanços nos direitos sociais.
This article is part of the results of an undergraduate thesis "Work and Health of Social Workers in small townships". Objective: Its purpose is to examine the theme "analysis of the social representation of pleasure in the work of social workers in small townships". Materials and Methods: It is a qualitative survey with data collection through 13 interviews with generative questions. The organization of the data was done through the technique "Discourse of the Collective Subject" looking to capture the social representation of the social workers. Results: Three (3) central ideas were found: a) The pleasure of the work is in the routine of attending/helping people with problems; b) the pleasure is in the results when the rights of the people are made viable; c) the pleasure in the work when social workers receive recognition and thanks from the people. The data analysis concurred with the theoretical references of Social Work and the Health of the Worker. Conclusions: The representation of the pleasure in the work resides in the direct attention to the people who use the health system. The representation about pleasure in the work resides in the direct attention to the people using the instruments of Social Service in its various forms always looking to guarantee the rights of the people. The satisfaction is in the recognition by the people not alone in small townships but also in society in general. The physical and political distancing of the work and class organizations contribute to the alienation of the work. To live and work in small localities signifies inseparability between both. Other competencies and skills of the profession are absent especially in reference to group activities, research, management and social control. The "DSC" permitted the highlighting of the singular and particular statement about the pleasure in the work of the social workers and their professionalism in concrete conditions of humiliation or advances in social rights.
