[Status of the cardiovascular system in children with acute diffused peritonitis]. / Sostoianie serdechno-sosudistoi sistemy u detei pri ostrom razlitom peritonite.

67 patients with acute diffused peritonitis aged from 2 to 15 years were examined. The arterial and central venous blood pressure, contractile function of the myocardium, peripheral and central blood flow were estimated. It has been found that functional shifts of the cardiovascular system occur at the early stage of the disease and advances as it develops.
