ABSTRACT

The article presents the analyze of the character of delivery of psycho-aid in conditions of wars and armed conflicts of the XXth century. Generalizing of the experience of psycho-aid delivery in conditions of wars of the XXth century showed, that it's basing doctrinal provisions were laid by Russian psychiatrists during the Russian-Japan War. However, in foreign Armies this experience was used and improved (according to now-day's wars and armed conflicts), in our Armed Forces (until the 90th years of the XXth century) it wasn't used in right way. In general, the system of psycho-aid delivery to the staff, consists of 3 provisions: it's approach to the military stage, simplicity and security, existence of movable well-packaged staff structures, which can work optimally in combat conditions and secure necessary treatment-evacuation and rehabilitation measures.

ABSTRACT

Lately more and more attention is given to the indices of efficiency and safety of operators' activities because of their special complexity and mistake value. Operators' work is connected with intensive processing of encoded information and is accompanied with development of significant fatigue, stereotype cyclic alternation, changes in work and rest regimen--with necessity of working at night. Effect of circadian biorhythms considerably influences on characteristics of operators' activities. The existing organizational approach considers the operator only as being present or absent at working place. The fact that operator can be present but his working capacity is not sufficient is taken into account not enough and that's why requires consideration of operators' work and elaboration of organizational measures.

ABSTRACT

A study of psychological training methods tested on 318 servicemen--armed conflicts participants, including 22 military doctors, veterans of Afghanistan. The results of the research prove that various departures in psychological traits are highly relevant to extreme situations and that a psychological training programme for the medical service personnel is a necessity. The development of the programme should be based on the troops medical maintenance experience in the armed conflicts.

ABSTRACT

The development of illusionary movements and oscillations of the total body mass center in response to labyrinthine stimulation by ascending and descending current was investigated in 37 healthy test subjects. The stimulation of each labyrinth separately or both labyrinths by the current of opposite direction caused illusionary sensations of tilts, turns and tumbles in various planes. When the test subjects were on the stabilographic platform, their total body mass center shifted toward the anode. Simultaneous stimulation of both labyrinths by the current of one direction produced qualitatively new reactions, such as illusionary movement and displacement of the mass center toward the sagittal plane.
