ABSTRACT
Objetivo: identificar, na literatura, o enfoque das ações de enfermagem da pessoa com hanseníase. Metodologia: trata-se de revisão integrativa da literatura. A coleta dos dados foi realizada no período de dezembro de 2013 a fevereiro de 2014 nas bases de dados LILACS, SCIELO e BDENF, sendo analisados nove artigos. Resultados: considerando as medidas prioritárias de enfermagem apresentadas nos estudos analisados, foi possível destacar as seguintes categorias: educação em saúde (três publicações), promoção do autoconhecimento (três), supervisão das ações de saúde (duas) e grupos de apoio (uma). Destacou-se que as ações relacionadas à promoção da saúde que visam o diagnóstico precoce e atividades de controle ligadas à administração de doses supervisionadas, são feitas majoritariamente por enfermeiros. Conclusão: dessa forma, a relação ações de enfermagem hanseníase consegue transpor a visão formal, científica e medicamentosa ultrapassando os aspectos físicos do paciente que ganha uma nova dimensão, seja mantendo um caráter passivo ou ativo. Sendo assim, é imprescindível que o enfermeiro esteja apto a conscientizar o paciente da situação em que se encontra e de todas as variáveis contempladas nesta, e tornarem-se protagonistas de suas vidas.
Objective: to identify, in the literature, the focus of the person nursing actions with leprosy. Methodology: this is an integrative literature review. Data collection was conducted from December 2013 to February 2014 in the databases LILACS, SCIELO and BDENF being analyzed nine Articles. Results: considering the priority measures of nursing presented in the studies analyzed, it was possible to highlight the following categories: health education (three publications), promotion of self-knowledge (three), health actions supervision (two) and support groups (one). It was stressed that the actions related to health promotion aimed at early diagnosis and control activities related to the administration of supervised doses, they are made mostly by nurses. Conclusion: thus, the relationship "nursing actions - leprosy" can transpose the formal, scientific and drug vision -surpassing the physical aspects of patient gains a new dimension, is keeping a passive or active character. Therefore, it is imperative that the nurse is able to make the patient aware of the situation you are in and all the variables included in this, and become protagonists of their lives.
