ABSTRACT
All hospital pharmacists can contribute to their medical staff's responsibility in completing effective DUR. The means available and practice environment for each setting will dictate specific methods to successfully complete DUR. It is not always necessary to have the most advanced systems or automated technology to make an impact on a DUR program. Often a simple, common sense approach to DUR can produce surprisingly effective results.
