ABSTRACT
The study discusses the treatment of 56 patients with severe hand deformities due to electrical injury. This group of patients underwent clinical and laboratory examinations; the defect was excised and a plastic operation was performed using a pedicle flap, sporadically, Filatov's tubular flap. The defect was determined by angiography. As regards reconstruction and rehabilitation, good results were achieved only in patients with considerable trophic improvement of the hand at 8-10 months after surgery.
