Objective To study the apoptosis in human gastric cancer cell BGC-823 induced by the components in serum of Banxia Xiexin prescription and different herbal fomulation. Method multiplication of cell BGC-823 was observed with MTT method. The genic expression of bcl-2 was tested by S-P immunohistochemistry tehnique.
