ABSTRACT

Retinal vein occlusion(RVO), the second most prevalent retinal vascular disease, has complex pathophysiological mechanism. Except for mechanical pressure on blood vessel, inflammation and endothelin have been confirmed to be involved in the pathogenesis of RVO. However, its specific mechanism remains unclear. Hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia have been previously shown to be the most common risk factors in elder population, while recent studies found that coagulation and hemorheological abnormalities are more common in people under 50 years old. Ocular risk factors including glaucoma, high corrected intraocular pressure and retinal vessels abnormality, have gained more and more attention. These factors probably exert a synergistic effect when present simultaneously in the same patient. Therefore, early identification and intervention of those factors could lower the incidence of RVO. This article aims to review recent research and summarize existing mechanism and theories, giving some new research ideas for potential therapy targets and providing references for identification and management of risk factors.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Primary membranous nephrotic syndrome with chylothorax as the first manifestation is an unusual condition. To date, only a few cases have been reported in clinical practice. CASE SUMMARY: The clinical data of a 48-year-old man with primary nephrotic syndrome combined with chylothorax admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital were retrospectively analysed. The patient was admitted to the hospital for 12 d due to shortness of breath. Imaging showed pleural effusion, laboratory tests confirmed true chylothorax, and renal biopsy revealed membranous nephropathy. After primary disease treatment and early active symptom treatment, the prognosis of the patient was good. This case suggests that chylothorax is a rare complication of primary membranous nephrotic syndrome in adults, and early lymphangiography and renal biopsy can assist in the diagnosis when there are no contraindications. CONCLUSION: Primary membranous nephrotic syndrome combined with chylothorax is rare in clinical practice. We report a relevant case to provide case information for clinicians and to improve diagnosis and treatment.

ABSTRACT

Patterns of hepatitis B virus reactivation (HBV-R) in HBsAg (-)/HBcAb (+) patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) receiving rituximab based immunochemotherapy have not been well described. The retrospective study included 222 HBsAg (-)/HBcAb (+) NHL patients as training cohort and 127 cases as validation cohort. The incidence of HBV-R in HBsAg (-)/HBcAb (+) B-cell NHL patients was 6.3% (14/222), of which that in HBsAg (-)/HBsAb (-)/HBeAg (-)/HBeAb (+)/HBcAb (+) population was 23.7% (9/38). Multivariate analysis showed that HBsAg (-)/HBsAb (-)/HBeAg (-)/HBeAb (+)/HBcAb (+) correlated with a high risk of HBV-R in B-cell lymphoma patients (training phase hazard ratio [HR], 10.123; 95% confidence interval [CI], 3.389-30.239; p < 0.001; validation phase HR, 18.619; 95% CI, 1.684-205.906; p = 0.017; combined HR, 12.264; 95% CI, 4.529-33.207; p < 0.001). In the training cohort, the mortality rate of HBsAg (-)/HBcAb (+) B-cell NHL caused by HBV-R was 14.3% (2/14) while that for HBV reactivated HBsAg (-)/HBsAb (-)/HBeAg (-)/HBeAb (+)/HBcAb (+) population was up to 44.4% (4/9). As a high incidence of HBV-R and high mortality after HBV-R was found in HBsAg (-)/HBsAb (-)/HBcAb (+)/HBeAg (-)/HBeAb (+) patients with B-cell NHL receiving rituximab based immunochemotherapy, prophylactic antiviral therapy is recommended for these patients.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: The objective of this investigation was to determine whether chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with high blood eosinophil (EOS) counts had better improvement in 6-min walk test (6MWT) after pulmonary rehabilitation (PR). METHODS: Fifty COPD patients were randomly assigned to either the rehabilitation group (RG) or the control group (CG). Patients in the RG (8 wk PR + routine medication) and the CG (routine medication) were followed for 32 wk. According to the blood EOS level, the RG was divided into an EOS ≥ 200 cells/µL group and EOS < 200 cells/µL group. The 6MWT distance, Borg Scale, and COPD Assessment Test (CAT) were evaluated before intervention and 8 wk and 32 wk later. RESULTS: After the 8-wk intervention, 37 patients (19 RG/18 CG) completed the study. At 8-wk and 32-wk follow-up from baseline, a statistically significant difference was found between these two groups in the 6MWT, Borg Scale, and CAT. Compared with baseline, the 6MWT in the RG increased 49.1 ± 40.2 m (95% CI, 29.7-68.5, P < .001) at 8 wk and 60.8 ± 42.1 m (95% CI, 40.5-81.6, P < .001) at 32 wk. In addition, the improvement of 6MWT in the EOS ≥ 200 cells/µL RG group was higher than that in the EOS < 200 cells/µL group (40.1 ± 17.6 m, 95% CI, 36.8-43.4; P = .036) at 32-wk follow-up from baseline. CONCLUSION: An 8-wk PR can improve the exercise capacity of COPD patients, and the benefits persistent for 24 wk. The improvement in the 6MWT was more significant in COPD patients with a high blood EOS count.

ABSTRACT

Preeclampsia gravely threatens the health of mothers and infants. At present, treatment based on the relevant mechanisms of pathogenesis is still not available, and there is no independent reliable clinical index for early prediction of preeclampsia. According to recent studies, analysis of the cell-free RNA in the peripheral blood of pregnant women has shown that testing certain cell-free RNA levels can help predict in advance the occurrence of preeclampsia before clinical symptoms appear. In this paper, we described the status of research and progress in using maternal cell-free RNA analysis in predicting preeclampsia. In addition, we stated that cell-free RNA in peripheral blood may become a promising, real-time and non-invasive monitoring method that can be used to explore the mechanisms of pathogenesis and pathophysiology of preeclampsia and to identify different subtypes of preeclampsia.

ABSTRACT

The lower respiratory tract infection, induced by influenza virus, coronaviruses, and respiratory syncytial virus, remains a serious threat to human health that can cause a global pandemic. Thus, finding effective chemicals and therapeutic measures to advance the functional restoration of the respiratory tract after infection has been the emphasis of the studies on the subjects. Mosla scabra is a natural medicinal plant used for treating various lung and gastrointestinal diseases, including viral infection, cough, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute gastroenteritis, and diarrhoea. In this study, the antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects of total lignans (MSTL) extracted from the plant were investigated in influenza A virus (IAV)-infected mice and RAW 264.7 macrophages. MSTL could not only protect the macrophages against IAV-induced pyroptosis but also could lighten the lung inflammation induced by IAV in vivo and in vitro. The network pharmacology analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes, mainly involving in EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, endocrine resistance, HIF-1 signaling pathway, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, and FOXO signaling pathway, contributed to the IAV-induced alveolar macrophage dysfunction. It indicated that MSTL enhanced the function of alveolar macrophages and improved IAV-induced lung injury in mice.

ABSTRACT

Influenza virus is one of the most common infectious pathogens that could cause high morbidity and mortality in humans. However, the occurrence of drug resistance and serious complications extremely complicated the clinic therapy. Mosla scabra is a natural medicinal plant used for treating various lung and gastrointestinal diseases, including viral infection, cough, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute gastroenteritis, and diarrhoea. But the therapeutic effects of this herbal medicine had not been expounded clearly. In this study, a network pharmacology approach was employed to investigate the protective mechanism of total flavonoids from M. scabra (MSTF) against influenza A virus- (IAV-) induced acute lung damage and inflammation. The active compounds of MSTF were analyzed by LC-MS/MS and then evaluated according to their oral bioavailability and drug-likeness index. The potential targets of each active compound in MSTF were identified by using PharmMapper Server, whereas the potential genes involved in IAV infection were obtained from GeneGards. The results showed that luteoloside, apigenin, kaempherol, luteolin, mosloflavone I, and mosloflavone II were the main bioactive compounds found in MSTF. Primarily, 23 genes were identified as the targets of those five active compounds, which contributed to the inactivation of chemical carcinogenesis ROS, lipid and atherosclerosis, MAPK signaling pathway, pathways in cancer, PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, proteoglycans in cancer, and viral carcinogenesis. Finally, the animal experiments validated that MSTF improved IAV-induced acute lung inflammation via inhibiting MAPK, PI3K-AKT, and oxidant stress pathways. Therefore, our study demonstrated the potential inhibition of MSTF on viral pneumonia in mice and provided a strategy to characterize the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine by a combinative method using network pharmacology and experimental validation.

This study aims to compare the prevalence of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) with semen quality in men from couples with primary and secondary infertility. Semen samples were collected from 133 men who requested fertility evaluation. Seminal tract infection with Ureaplasma spp. (UU), Mycoplasma hominis (MH), Mycoplasma genitalium (MG), Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), and herpes simplex virus-2 (HSV-2) was assessed by PCR-based diagnostic assays. Among all patients, the prevalence of STIs was higher in men from couples with primary infertility than that in men from couples with secondary infertility (39.7% vs 21.7%, P = 0.03). The prevalence of UU was 28.8% and 13.3% in men from couples with primary and secondary infertility, respectively. Men from couples with primary infertility were more likely to be positive for UU than men from couples with secondary infertility (P = 0.04). Regarding the UU subtype, the prevalence of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uuu) and Ureaplasma parvum (Uup; including Uup1, Uup3, Uup6, and Uup14) did not differ between the two groups. No associations between the prevalence rates of MH, MG, and CT were found in men from either infertility group. A lower sperm concentration was associated with STI pathogen positivity in men with primary infertility according to the crude model (P = 0.04). The crude and adjusted models showed that semen volume (both P = 0.03) and semen leukocyte count (both P = 0.02) were independently associated with secondary infertility. These findings suggest the importance of classifying the type of infertility during routine diagnosis of seminal tract infections.

ABSTRACT

Haploidentical stem cell transplantation (haploSCT) has advanced to a common procedure for treating patients with hematological malignancies and immunodeficiency diseases. However, cure is seriously hampered by cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections and delayed immune reconstitution for the majority of haploidentical transplant recipients compared to HLA-matched stem cell transplantation. Three major approaches, including in vivo T-cell depletion (TCD) using antithymocyte globulin for haploSCT (in vivo TCD-haploSCT), ex vivo TCD using CD34 + positive selection for haploSCT (ex vivo TCD-haploSCT), and T-cell replete haploSCT using posttransplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy-haploSCT), are currently used worldwide. We provide an update on CMV infection and CMV-specific immune recovery in this fast-evolving field. The progress made in cellular immunotherapy of CMV infection after haploSCT is also addressed. Groundwork has been prepared for the creation of personalized avenues to enhance immune reconstitution and decrease the incidence of CMV infection after haploSCT.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) concentration and variability are both important factors of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and mortality. We aimed to explore the associations of HDL-C and longitudinal change in HDL-C with risk of mortality. METHODS AND RESULTS: We recruited a total of 69,163 participants aged ≥40 years and had medical examination records of HDL-C during 2010-2014 from the Yinzhou District, Ningbo, China. Hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were estimated using Cox proportional hazards regression models. We observed a non-linear association of HDL-C with risks of non-accidental and CVD mortality. Compared with the moderate concentration group (1.4-1.6 mmol/L), HDL-C <1 mmol/L was associated with a higher risk of non-accidental mortality (HR: 1.13 (95% CI: 1.01-1.27)) and both HDL-C <1 mmol/L and ≥2 mmol/L were associated with a higher risk of CVD mortality (HRs: 1.23 (95% CI: 1.01-1.50) and 1.37 (95% CI: 1.03-1.82), respectively). Compared with the stable group ([-0.1, +0.1 mmol/L]), a large decrease ([-0.5, -0.3 mmol/L]) and very large decrease (<-0.5 mmol/L) in HDL-C were associated with a higher risk of non-accidental mortality (HRs: 1.40 (95% CI: 1.21-1.63) and 1.78 (95% CI: 1.44-2.20), respectively). Similar results were observed for CVD mortality and cancer mortality. CONCLUSION: Extremely low or high HDL-C and a large decrease or very large decrease in HDL-C were associated with a higher risk of cause-specific mortality. Monitoring of HDL-C may have utility in identifying individuals at higher risk of mortality.

Based on the systematic retrieval and the reported components of Sojae Semen Nigrum and Sojae Semen Praeparatum, this study conducted in-depth analysis of conversion of components in the fermentation process, and discussed types and possible mec-hanisms of conversion of chemical components, so as to provide the basis for studying technology, medicinal ingredients and quality standards. According to the analysis, there is a certain degree of conversion of nutrients(like protein, sugar, lipid), bioactive substances(like isoflavones, saponins, γ-aminobutyric acid) and other substances(like nucleosides, melanoids, biamines, etc) in the process of fermentation.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Although low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) has been considered as a risk factor of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, limited studies can be available to evaluate the association of LDL-C with risk of mortality in the general population. This study aimed to examine the association of LDL-C level with risk of mortality using a propensity-score weighting method in a Chinese population, based on the health examination data. METHODS: We performed a retrospective cohort study with 65,517 participants aged 40 years or older in Ningbo city, Zhejiang. LDL-C levels were categorized as five groups according to the Chinese dyslipidemia guidelines in adults. To minimize potential biases resulting from a complex array of covariates, we implemented a generalized boosted model to generate propensity-score weights on covariates. Then, we used Cox proportional hazard regression models with all-cause and cause-specific mortality as the dependent variables to estimate hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). RESULTS: During the 439,186.5 person years of follow-up, 2403 deaths occurred. Compared with the median LDL-C group (100-130 mg/dL), subjects with extremely low LDL-C levels (group 1) had a higher risk of deaths from all-cause (HR = 2.53, 95% CI:1.80-3.53), CVD (HR = 1.84, 95% CI: 1.28-2.61), ischemic stroke (HR = 2.29, 95% CI:1.32-3.94), hemorrhagic stroke (HR = 3.49, 95% CI: 1.57-7.85), and cancer (HR = 2.12, 95% CI: 1.04-4.31) while the corresponding HRs in LDL-C group 2 were relatively lower than that in group 1. CONCLUSIONS: Low LDL-C levels were associated with an increased risk of all-cause, CVD, ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and cancer mortality in the Chinese population.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: Unprecedented rigorous public health measures were implemented during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, but it is still unclear how the intervention influenced hospital visits for different types of diseases. We aimed to evaluate the impact of the intervention on hospital visits in Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang province, China. METHODS: We conducted an interrupted time-series analysis from 1 January 2017 to 6 September 2020 based on the Yinzhou Health Information System in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. The beginning of the intervention was on 23 January 2020, and thus, there were 160 weeks before the intervention and 32 weeks after the implementation of the intervention. Level changes between expected and observed hospital visits in the post-intervention period were estimated using quasi-Poisson regression models. RESULTS: Compared with the expected level, there was an estimated decrease of -22.60% (95% confidence interval (CI): -27.53%, -17.36%) in the observed total hospital visits following the intervention. Observed hospital visits for diseases of the respiratory system were found to be decreased dramatically (-62.25%; 95% CI: -65.62%, -58.60%). However, observed hospital visits for certain diseases were estimated to be increased, including diseases of the nervous system (+11.17%; 95% CI: +3.21%, +19.74%); diseases of pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium (+27.01%; 95% CI: +17.89%, +36.85%); certain conditions originating in the perinatal period (+45.05%; 95% CI: +30.24%, +61.56%); and congenital malformation deformations and chromosomal abnormalities (+35.50%; 95% CI: +21.24%, +51.45%). CONCLUSIONS: Our findings provided scientific evidence that cause-specific hospital visits evolve differently following the intervention during the COVID-19 epidemic.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Little is known about nutritional status in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after multiple rounds of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE). We established a comprehensive nutritional index (CNI) and evaluated its prognostic value for overall survival (OS) and time to progression (TTP). METHODS AND STUDY DESIGN: HCC patients (N=282) who underwent multiple TACE treatments were enrolled. CNI was established by principal component analysis based on body mass index, usual body weight percentage, hemoglobin, total lymphocyte count, and albumin; the cutoff value was determined by receiver operating characteristic curve and Youden index analysis. The correlation between CNI and treatment-related complications was analyzed with Spearman's method. The Kaplan-Meier method with log-rank test and Cox proportional hazards model were used to compare the prognostic values of CNI, prognostic nutritional index (PNI), and nutrition risk index (NRI) for OS and TTP. RESULTS: Nutritional status declined after repeated TACE (p<0.001). CNI (cutoff= 0.251) varied according to albumin-bilirubin grade, tumor size, and number of TACE treatments (p<0.001 or 0.025) and was negatively correlated with rate of serious complications (r=-0.185, p=0.002). Patients with low CNI had shorter OS (p=0.014) and TTP (p=0.007); high CNI predicted longer OS (hazard ratio [HR], 0.72; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.52-1.00, p=0.048) and TTP (HR, 0.69; 95% CI: 0.50-0.94, p=0.019). Post-treatment PNI and NRI were unrelated to prognosis (p>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: HCC patients have poor nutritional status after multiple TACE treatments, which predicts shorter OS and TTP. The prognostic performance of CNI is superior to those of PNI and NRI.

2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) presents as a newly recognized pneumonia that has brought about a global pandemic and is increasingly considered as a systemic illness. We investigated the clinical and laboratory features of recovered COVID-19 patients without pre-existing hematologic diseases at Wuhan No. 1 Hospital. Fifty-nine male and 68 female Chinese patients were included with the median age at 64 years in the present study. Eosinopenia (37.80%), monocytosis (51.97%), lymphocytopenia (25.20%), and anemia (51.97%) were the most common hematologic findings in our cohort, particularly in severe or critically ill COVID-19. The levels of changes in leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils, platelets, hemoglobin levels, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), and mean cell hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) are overall associated with lung involvement, oxygen demand, and disease activity. However, changes of eosinophils (end hospitalization-baseline) (coefficients = 10.32; 95% CI = 1.03-19.60, P = 0.03) and basophils (Max - Min) (coefficients = 71.43; 95% CI = 8.55-134.31, P = 0.03) were independent predictors of delayed recovery in the hospital by the multivariate analysis in this recovered population. A variety of hematologic changes are associated with the severity and clinical outcome of recovered COVID-19 patients, which warrants further exploration of their underlying mechanisms.

ABSTRACT

Iopamidol is a commonly used iodinated X-ray contrast media in medical field, and its residue in water can react with disinfectants to form highly toxic iodinated disinfection by-products (I-DBPs). This study investigated the degradation of iopamidol and formation of DBPs, especially iodinated trihalomethanes (I-THMs), during ferrate (Fe(VI)) pre-oxidation and subsequent chlor(am)ination under raw water background. It was found that iopamidol degradation efficiency in raw water by Fe(VI) at pH 9 could reach about 80%, which was much higher than that at pH 5 and pH 7 (both about 25%). With Fe(VI) dose increasing, iopamidol removal efficiency increased obviously. During the iopamidol degradation by Fe(VI), IO3- was the dominant product among all the iodine species. After pre-treated by Fe(VI), yields of THM4 and I-THMs can be reduced in subsequent chlor(am)ination. Besides, pH was a crucial factor for Fe(VI) pre-oxidition controlling DBPs. With the pH increasing from 5 to 9, the yield of THM4 kept increasing in subsequent chlorination but showed the highest amount at pH 6 in subsequent chloramination. The yield of I-THMs increased first and then decreased with the increase of pH in both subsequent chlorination and chloramination. I-THM concentrations in chlorinated samples were lower than chloraminated ones under acidic conditions but became higher under neutral and alkaline conditions. The total CTI of THMs during Fe(VI)-chloramination was higher than that during Fe(VI)-chlorination under neutral condition, but sharply decreased under alkaline conditions. In summary, Fe(VI)-chloramination subsequent treatment under alkaline conditions should be an effective method for iopamidol removal and DBP control.

Based on the systematic retrieval and the reported components of Sojae Semen Nigrum and Sojae Semen Praeparatum, this study conducted in-depth analysis of conversion of components in the fermentation process, and discussed types and possible mec-hanisms of conversion of chemical components, so as to provide the basis for studying technology, medicinal ingredients and quality standards. According to the analysis, there is a certain degree of conversion of nutrients(like protein, sugar, lipid), bioactive substances(like isoflavones, saponins, γ-aminobutyric acid) and other substances(like nucleosides, melanoids, biamines, etc) in the process of fermentation.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore<italic> </italic>the efficacy and mechanism of Danggui Shaoyaosan on rats of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Method:Sixrty SPF SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group,essentiale (0.144 g·kg<sup>-1</sup>) and low, middle and high-dose of Danggui Shaoyaosan groups (2.44, 4.88, 9.76 g·kg<sup>-1</sup>). High fat diet were fed to bulid the NAFLD model, and each treatment group was given corresponding drugs at the same time. After 8 weeks, the serum and liver tissue were collected to detect the contents or activities of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartic acid aminotransferase (AST), tumor necrosis factor-<italic>α</italic> (TNF-<italic>α</italic>) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in serum, the contents of TC, TG and free fatty acid (FFA) in liver tissue, Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(Real-time PCR) and Western blot were used to observe the gene and protein expressions of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), myeloid different factory 88 (MyD88) and c-Jun n-terminal kinase (JNK) and the protein expression of phosphorylation JNK(p-JNK) in liver tissue. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and Oil red staining to observe the pathological morphological changes of liver. Result:Compared with control group, the contents or activities of TC, TG, ALT, AST and TNF-<italic>α</italic> in serum, the contents of TC, TG and FFA in liver and the gene and protein expressions of TLR4, MyD88, JNK, and the protein expression of p-JNK in liver tissue of model group were distinctly increased (<italic>P</italic><0.01), the content of IL-10 was significantly decreased (<italic>P</italic><0.01). Compared with model group, the contents or activities of TC, TG, ALT, AST and TNF-<italic>α</italic> in serum, the contents of TC, TG and FFA in liver and the mRNA and protein expressions of TLR4, MyD88 and JNK, and the protein expression of p-JNK in liver tissue of Danggui Shaoyaosan groups were significantly reduced (<italic>P</italic><0.05,<italic>P</italic><0.01), the content of IL-10 in serum of Danggui Shaoyaosan groups was distinctly increased(<italic>P</italic><0.05,<italic>P</italic><0.01), HE staining and Oil red staining show that the degree of liver steatosis was alleviated obviously by Danggui Shaoyaosan. Conclusion:Danggui Shaoyaosan has a better treatment on NAFLD by inhibiting TLR4/MyD88/JNK pathway and alleviating the inflammation response.

ABSTRACT

The historical evolution, fermentation technology and key links of Sojae Semen Praeparatum (SSP) were sorted out by consulting ancient books and modern literature, and the influencing factors and control methods of quality were analyzed and summarized in order to provide reference for the quality control of SSP. After analysis, it was found that in the fermentation process of SSP, fermentation strains, miscellaneous bacteria, temperature and humidity were all important factors affecting the quality of SSP. The condition control of "post fermentation" process has been paid more attention to in the past dynasties. In addition, the delicious SSP recognized in ancient times should be made from mold fermentation, and the breeding and application of fermented mold may be the key point to solve the quality problem of SSP. Therefore, based on the evaluation indexes of SSP in the past dynasties, it is of great significance to study and optimize the technological conditions such as strain, temperature and humidity in depth to improve the quality of SSP.
