PANDEMIC NECROPOLITICS FOR COVID-19 IN BRAZIL: WHO CAN DIE? WHO IS DYING? WHO WAS BORN TO BE LET TO DIE? / NECROPOLÍTICA DA PANDEMIA PELA COVID-19 NO BRASIL: QUEM PODE MORRER? QUEM ESTÁ MORRENDO? QUEM JÁ NASCEU PARA SER DEIXADO MORRER?

The Covid-19 pandemic announces something that has never been experienced by contemporary people. A virus that chronifies a series of inequalities and processes that affect subjects differently. In view of the statistical data on deaths, we actuate historical processes that are updated in the present, questioning who is dying and who was already marked to die, under the logic of state racism and necro-politics. We seek to reflect on whether the pandemic produces the new infamous and intensifies the production of bodies not subject to mourning, which implies a non-trivialization, a concern about not getting used to death that doesn't reach all in the same way, in the direction of an ethics that focuses on the struggle for life.

A pandemia da Covid-19 anuncia algo nunca vivido na contemporaneidade. Um vírus que cronifica uma série de desigualdades e processos que incidem diferentemente sobre os sujeitos. Diante dos dados estatísticos de mortes, acionamos processos históricos que se atualizam no presente, questionando quem está morrendo e quem já estava marcado para morrer, sob a lógica do racismo de estado e da necropolítica. Buscamos refletir se a pandemia produz os novos infames e intensifica a produção de corpos não passíveis de luto, o que implica em uma não banalização, uma inquietação em não nos acostumarmos com a morte que não atinge a todos de maneira igual, na direção de uma ética que aposte na luta pela vida.

COVID-19 HAPPENING: SO WHAT? / ACONTECIMENTO COVID-19: E DAÍ?

In the context of the new coronavirus pandemic, when Brazil exceeds the number of deaths  in China, the response of the president of the republic So what? it becomes an invitation to reflec-tion, asking us to make a decision, in the direction of building analyzes of the effects of the COVID-19 event, or adhering to the trivialization of this moment. Based on the experimental mode of thought and criticism, without the intention of encompassing the totality or the truth, this essay aims to problematize the meanings produced by the pandemic and the dimension of an ethics of responsibility before the world, which calls us to think "what are we doing" of and in the world.

No contexto da pandemia pelo novo coronavírus, quando o Brasil ultrapassa o número de mortes na China, a resposta do presidente da república E daí? torna-se um convite à reflexão, interpelando-nos a uma tomada de decisão, na direção de construir análises dos efeitos do acontecimento COVID-19, ou aderir à banalização deste momento. Pautando-se no modo experimental do pensamento e da crítica, sem a pretensão de abarcar a totalidade ou a verdade, este ensaio tem como objetivo problematizar os sentidos produzidos pela pandemia e a dimensão de uma ética da responsabilidade diante do mundo, que nos convoca a pensar "o que estamos fazendo" do e no mundo.

O menino que queria ser gente: um estudo da história de vida de adolescentes em conflito com a lei / The boy who wanted to be somebody: a study about the life history of adolescents in conflict with the law

Este artigo trata de subjetividades produzidas a partir de processos históricos e objetiva evidenciar os processos de subjetivação que compõem o adolescente em conflito com a lei que passou pelo Programa de Liberdade Assistida/Prestação de Serviço à Comunidade (LAC/PSC) no Município de Vitória/ES. Utilizando-se da metodologia da história oral, com depoimentos de história de vida de um jovem egresso do LAC/PSC, buscou-se realizar a análise a partir da produção de sentidos construídos pelo jovem, no encontro com a pesquisadora. Considerou-se que os programas governamentais disponíveis para atender a juventude pobre limitam os modos de vida, podendo produzir, inclusive, subjetividades criminosas. São abordados alguns aspectos da trajetória de vida do jovem, que apontam para escapes, resistências, e demandam uma atuação ético-política da psicologia que aposte nos acontecimentos e nas intensidades da vida. This article deals with the subjectivities produced by historical processes and focuses on such processes that integrate adolescents in conflict with the law who have passed through the Assisted Freedom Program/Service to the Community Program (AFP/SCP) in Vitória/ES. Using the methodology of the oral history and having life testimonies of a young boy coming from the AFP/SCP, this study unfolds the analysis focusing on the production of feelings built by the young boy while meeting with the researcher. It is believed that the government programs built in order to help the poor young people limit their lifestyles, possibly producing even criminal subjectivities. This study also focuses on some aspects of the life’s journey of young people, which lead to escapes, resistances and demand ethical and political actions from Psychology, actions of which target life’s happenings and intensities.
