ABSTRACT
Major electrocardiographic markers of subendocardial myocardial infarction are identified. Vector analysis of ST displacement has shown that ST changes can be indicative of the predominantly basal localization of necrosis, whereas the evidence of its localization in either wall of the left ventricle can hardly be reliable.
