[Neuropharmacological aspects of the regulation of body functions under acoustic stress]. / Neirofarmakologicheskie aspekty reguliatsii nekotorykh funktsii organizma pri zvukovom stresse.

Experiments on white rats were made to study the actions of aminazine, haloperidol, nitrazepam, barbamyl and other substances on the acid-base equilibrium, the blood content of lactic acid, sugar, urea, ATP and nonesterified fatty acids under acoustic stress. All the substances under study were discovered to normalize, to one/or another degree, the glycolytic and energy-forming processes in the body, which were markedly altered as a result of exposure to acoustic stress.
