ABSTRACT

The AA. underline the evolution of the neuropsychiatrical approach to the shunt-dependent child and the need of constant and long lasting clinic monitoring to prevent or reduce possible deficit. Moreover they wish in this case a multicentric collaboration outlineing the notable importance. They tell, then, as a explication, their personal experience of follow-up about 49 cases.
