ABSTRACT

This study uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) approach to curate many papers and select documents according to specific qualifications to include in a systematic literature review. At the identification stage, there are 1221 abstract documents showing their relation to online grocery shopping. Furthermore, the researcher selected 571 Scopus abstracts at the screening stage, and then through the VOS Viewers software, the researchers conducted a bibliometric analysis. The bibliometric analysis in this study aims to find trending topics and research gaps in online grocery shopping. At the eligibility stage, there are 170 full-text articles related to the issue of online grocery shopping; until the last stage, through manual selection, the researcher determined 43 full-text articles that met the qualifications for in-depth analysis using a systematic literature review approach. The research findings state that there are several main topics on online grocery shopping, such as customer segmentation and shopping preferences, grocery online shopping behavior, and intentions on online grocery shopping. The findings of this study explain the factors that influence the decision to use online grocery shopping that become a reference for further research to design a model of online grocery shopping intentions.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: The global COVID-19 pandemic has forced people to obtain health products and services from home. Similar to other e-commerce, medicines are bought online and delivered using a courier service. OBJECTIVE: By being fully concerned to patient safety, this study aims to determine development strategies to increase intention in purchasing prescription drugs through e-pharmacy. METHODS: Two stages of measurement are employed in this study, namely confirmatory factor analyis using PLS-SEM and pairwise comparison using AHP method. To discover consumer perception in using e-pharmacy, the basic model of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is employed with several extensions. RESULTS: The results of PLS-SEM express that Trust has a major role as an intervening variable to enhance the indirect effect of Subjective Norms and Perceived Values on Purchase Intention. In general, PLS-SEM structural model is declared "fit" (GFI = 0.93 ≥ 0.90; RMSEA = 0.045 ≤ 0.08; SRMR = 0.033 ≤ 0.05). Measurement model test proves that all selected indicators are valid to represent their related constructs (Loading Factor ≥ 0.50), and all selected constructs are reliable to build the whole path model (CR ≥ 0.7; AVE ≥ 05). Meanwhile, the results of AHP indicate that strengthening government policies and regulations is prioritized to increase consumer intention of purchasing prescription drugs through e-pharmacy, followed by protection of user confidential data in the second place. Those two eigenvectors are 0.236 and 0.185 respectively. CONCLUSION: Future research is suggested to add perceived risk as latent variable in the study of consumer behavior for any high-risk products.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Healthtech has become a nascent sector of the internet economy since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Telemedicine features are facilitated, such as teleconsultation, e-diagnosis, e-prescribing, and e-pharmacy. However, the intention to use digital health services in Indonesia is still underdeveloped though the sales of other risk-free e-commerce products are high enough. OBJECTIVE: This study aims to assess the human perception of perceived value and social influences regarding the intention to use digital health services. METHODS: Google Forms web link is employed to disseminate a set of 4-Point Likert scale questionnaires. In total, 364 complete responses are collected. A descriptive approach is employed to process the data using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. Validity and reliability are quantified using the item total-correlation method and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. RESULTS: Only 87 respondents (24%) ever used digital health services, of which Halodoc (92%) is the most preferred application, and teleconsultation became the most popular service to access. Out of four, the average score is 3.16 for perceived value and 2.86 for the social influence dimension. CONCLUSION: Most respondents, not dependent on user experience, perceive more values obtained using digital health services, such as time and money savings, convenience, flexible order time, undiscovered identity, adventurous experience, and enjoyment. Another finding of this research proves that some social influences from family, friends, and mass media also bring effect to amplify the intention to use. A low level of trust is assumed to be the cause of a small number of users.
