ABSTRACT

The clinical characteristics of open hernia repair under local nerve block guided by ultrasound and epidural anesthesia under daytime surgery mode were compared and analyzed, and the safety, rationality and effectiveness of tension-free repair of inguinal hernia in elderly patients under local nerve block guided by ultrasound were discussed. The clinical data of 200 patients who underwent inguinal hernia day surgery in Liaocheng People's Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January 2022 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, including 150 patients who underwent local anesthesia block surgery and 50 patients who underwent epidural surgery. The visual analog score of the ultrasound local anesthesia group was lower than that of the epidural surgery group at 4 h after operation. The time of getting out of bed and postoperative exhaust were shorter than those of epidural operation group. The recovery rate of unrestricted activity 2 weeks after surgery was higher than that in epidural surgery group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative acute urinary retention between the two groups was lower in local ultrasound anesthesia group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The median follow-up time was 4(1-6) months, and the follow-up rate was 100%. Postoperative complications were seroma, wound infection, chronic pain and recurrence, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups (P > 0.05). No serious complications occurred in both groups. Compared with open epidural surgery, ultrasound-guided local nerve block tension-free day surgery in the elderly has the advantages of less pain, faster recovery, and is safe and feasible.

BACKGROUND: In this study, we conducted this population-based study to evaluate the genetic diversity and clustering rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) strains using the whole-genome sequencing (WGS), to better understand its transmission in Ordos. METHODS: All patients with culture-positive TB notified in Ordos from January 2021 to December 2022 were recruited. WGS was performed to analyze single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and to identify genotypic drug susceptibilities of MTB isolates. RESULTS: Overall, a total of 186 patients were included in the present study, of whom 35 (18.8%) had no symptoms suggestive of active TB. Lineage 2 was the predominant MTB sublineage, accounting for 186 of isolates tested. When the pairwise SNP difference ≤ 12 was used as the cutoff for WGS-based clusters, we identified 17 genotypic clusters, and 38 isolates belonged to these 17 clusters, resulting in a clustering rate of 20.4%. The Beijing genotype was an independent factor associating with genomic-clustering (adjusted OR 4.219, 95% CI 0.962-18.502). The overall sensitivity on WGS-based resistance prediction was 85.7% for rifampicin, 73.1% for isoniazid, 60.0% for Ethambutol, 72.7% for streptomycin, and 72.7% for fluoroquinolones. CONCLUSION: To conclude, the present study demonstrates the extensive recent transmission of Beijing genotype strains in the community of Ordos. The failure to provide a comprehensive pattern of transmission indicated the missed diagnosis of active TB within the community. A substantial proportion of subclinical TB cases are recognized in the bacteria-positive cases, emphasizing that we must interrupt transmission by finding people with active TB before they infect others.

ABSTRACT

Memristive devices operating analogous to biology synapses demonstrate great potential for neuromorphic applications. Here, we reported the space-confined vapor synthesis of ultrathin titanium trisulfide (TiS3) nanosheets, and subsequent laser manufacturing of a TiS3-TiOx-TiS3 in-plane heterojunction for memristor applications. Due to the flux-controlled migration and aggregation of oxygen vacancies, the two-terminal memristor demonstrates reliable "analog" switching behaviors, in which the channel conductance can be incrementally adjusted by tuning the duration and sequence of programming voltage. The device allows the emulation of basic synaptic functions, featuring excellent linearity and symmetry in conductance change during long-term potentiation/depression processes. The small asymmetric ratio of 0.15 enables it to be integrated into a neural network for the pattern recognition task with a high accuracy of 90%. The results demonstrate the great potential of TiS3-based synaptic devices for neuromorphic applications.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To develop a multiplex PCR method for a rapid detection of Y chromosome-specific sequences in patients with Turner syndrome. METHODS: Nine genes were selected from various regions of the Y chromosome for designing the primers, which included SRY, TBL1Y, TSPY on the short arm of the Y chromosome, DDX3Y, HSFY1, RPS4Y2 and CDY1 on the long arm of Y chromosome and SHOX in the short arm and SPRY3 in the long arm of the pseudoautosomal region (PAR) of X and Y chromosomes. A multiplex PCR method for the nine genes in Y chromosome was established and optimized. The sensitivity was tested by using different amounts of genomic DNA. A total of 36 patients with Turner syndrome and a patient with male dwarfism with karyotype of 46, X, +mar were examined by the multiplex PCR method for the existence of materials from the Y chromosome. RESULTS: The optimization results of the multiplex PCR reaction system (50 µL) showed that when the final concentration of upstream and downstream of each pair of primers was 0.1 µM, the multiplex PCR reaction of the 9 pairs of primers clearly amplified the target with the expected band size, and there was no non-specific amplification. The bands were clearly visible when the amount of genomic DNA in the multiple PCR reaction system was as low as 1 ng. By using the method, we have examined the 36 patients with Turner syndrome. One patient with Turner syndrome with karyotype of 45,X[40]/47XYY[21] amplified specific seven genes on Y chromosome, 35 patients with Turner syndrome amplified only two target genes SHOX and SPRY3, but not the other seven specific genes on the Y chromosome, which was in keeping with the clinical manifestations of such patients. CONCLUSION: This study established a multiplex PCR reaction system with nine genes, which can quickly and accurately screen Y chromosome materials in patients with Turner syndrome. It has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, high specificity and rapid turn-around time, and can be used to detect Turner syndrome patients with Y chromosome material in time. The method has provided a diagnostic basis for preventive gonad resection to prevent malignant gonadal tumors.

ABSTRACT

Inside a spacecraft, the temperature and humidity, suitable for the human crew onboard, also creates an ideal breeding environment for the proliferation of bacteria and fungi; this can present a hazard to human health and create issues for the safe running of equipment. To address this issue, wear-resistant antimicrobial thin films prepared by magnetron sputtering were developed, with the aim to coat key internal components within spacecrafts. Silver and copper are among the most studied active bactericidal materials, thus this work investigated the antibacterial properties of amorphous carbon coatings, doped with either silver, silver and copper, or with silver clusters. The longevity of these antimicrobial coatings, which is heavily influenced by metal diffusion within the coating, was also investigated. With a conventional approach, amorphous carbon coatings were prepared by cosputtering, to generate coatings that contained a range of silver and copper concentrations. In addition, coatings containing silver clusters were prepared using a separate cluster source to better control the metal particle size distribution in the amorphous carbon matrix. The particle size distributions were characterized by grazing-incidence small-angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS). Antibacterial tests were performed under both terrestrial gravity and microgravity conditions, to simulate the condition in space. Results show that although silver-doped coatings possess extremely high levels of antimicrobial activity, silver cluster-doped coatings are equally effective, while being more long-lived, despite containing a lower absolute silver concentration.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Posterior or anterior sagittal anorectoplasty (ASARP) is the mainstream for correcting rectovestibular fistula (RVF). However, the intermediate RVF has the potential risk of wound complications when applying ASARP due to its high rectal pouch, long fistula tract, and difficulty separating the rectum and vagina. We developed laparoscopic-assisted anorectoplasty (LAARP) for surgical correction of RVF, which has acceptable preliminary outcomes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LAARP in comparison with ASARP for patients with RVF. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-five patients with RVF who underwent LAARP between October 2017 and December 2020 were retrospectively reviewed. The outcomes were compared with 43 patients who underwent ASARP between April 2015 and August 2018. The age, weight at operation, sacral ratio, operative time, and postoperative hospital stay were evaluated. The results were assessed for complications, perineum appearance, and bowel function. RESULTS: The two groups were comparable in terms of demographics. The median operative time of the LAARP group was significantly longer than that of the ASARP group (113 vs. 95 minutes; p = 0.015). The mean length of the resected rectum in the LAARP group was also longer than that in the ASARP group (6.75 ± 5.07 vs. 3.31 ± 3.06 cm; p = 0.001). Compared with the LAARP group, complications in the ASARP group were more frequent (4.0 vs. 27.9%, p = 0.036). No intraoperative or postoperative wound-related complications occurred in the LAARP group. However, in the ASARP group, one patient had an intraoperative vaginal injury and four had postoperative anastomosis-related complications. The incidence of redo operation in the ASARP group was significantly higher than that in the LAARP group (p = 0.000). Cosmetic satisfaction was higher in the LAARP group (96.0 vs. 76.7%; p < 0.05). In terms of voluntary bowel movement, soiling, and constipation, the LAARP group had similar results compare with the ASARP group. CONCLUSION: The LAARP technique has shown several unique strengths in treating intermediate type RVF, including lower risks of complications, and minimal muscular injury, with a comparable bowel function.

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we consider the sample average approximation (SAA) approach for a class of stochastic nonlinear complementarity problems (SNCPs) and study the corresponding convergence properties. We first investigate the convergence of the SAA counterparts of two-stage SNCPs when the first-stage problem is continuously differentiable and the second-stage problem is locally Lipschitz continuous. After that, we extend the convergence results to a class of multistage SNCPs whose decision variable of each stage is influenced only by the decision variables of adjacent stages. Finally, some preliminary numerical tests are presented to illustrate the convergence results.

ABSTRACT

2D van der Waals (vdW) semiconductors hold great potentials for more-than-Moore field-effect transistors (FETs), and the efficient utilization of their theoretical performance requires compatible high-k dielectrics to guarantee the high gate coupling efficiency. The deposition of traditional high-k dielectric oxide films on 2D materials usually generates interface concerns, thereby causing the carrier scattering and degeneration of device performance. Here, utilizing a space-confined epitaxy growth approach, the authors successfully obtained air-stable ultrathin indium phosphorus sulfide (In2 P3 S9 ) nanosheets, the thickness of which can be scaled down to monolayer limit (≈0.69 nm) due to its layered structure. 2D In2 P3 S9 exhibits excellent insulating properties, with a high dielectric constant (≈24) and large breakdown voltage (≈8.1 MV cm-1 ) at room temperature. Serving as gate insulator, ultrathin In2 P3 S9 nanosheet can be integrated into MoS2 FETs with high-quality dielectric/semiconductor interface, thus providing a competitive electrical performance of device with subthreshold swings (SS) down to 88 mV dec-1 and a high ON/OFF ratio of 105 . This study proves an important strategy to prepare 2D vdW high-k dielectrics, and greatly facilitates the ongoing research of 2D materials for functional electronics.

ABSTRACT

Although producing clusters by physical methods offers many benefits, low deposition rates have prevented cluster-beam deposition techniques from being adopted more widely. The influence of the gas aerodynamics inside the condensation chamber of a magnetron cluster-source on the cluster throughput is reported, leading to an improved understanding of the influence of gas aerodynamics on cluster transport. In the first part of this paper, the influence of the carrier gas's inlet position on the cluster flux is studied. In particular, two inlet configurations were investigated, i.e., from the rear of the chamber and from within the magnetron sputtering source. It was found experimentally that the latter configuration can lead to an increased cluster flux, under the same conditions of gas pressure and power applied to the magnetron. This behavior is explained with the help of simulations. In the second part of this paper, the gas dynamics behavior inside four chamber shapes, namely, two cylindrical shapes with different cross-sectional diameters and two conical shapes with different apex angles, was simulated. The modeling showed that the fraction of clusters successfully leaving the aggregation zone can be increased by up to eight times from the worst to the best performing chamber geometries studied. Finally, the cluster throughput was determined experimentally using a quartz microbalance in two of the four chamber designs. It was found that the cluster flux increased up to one order of magnitude, reaching ∼20 mg/h for a condensation chamber with a smaller cross section and a conical exit.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: Laparoscopic-assisted anorectoplasty (LAARP) is becoming a more popular procedure for anorectal malformation (ARM) repair. However, the conventional technique for creating pull-through tunnel between the perineal skin and the pelvic floor has been criticized as being semi-blind. This study aims to present a refined version of our previously reported clamp introduction technique for visualized tunnel formation in the center of the sphincter muscle complex (SMC) for rectal pull- through for ARMs. METHODS: A retrospective review was performed for ARM patients who underwent LAARP from Jan 2019 to Jun 2020. Longitudinal muscle tube (LMT) tunnel was created using the clamp-dilator introduction technique: a laparoscopic dilator was used to create a pelvic tunnel within LMT in high ARM, and the clamp introduction under the direct vision technique was performed for creating the perineal tunnel of LMT for both high and intermediate ARMs. RESULTS: Seventy patients (1-198 days) with high-type (27cases) and intermediate-type (43 cases) ARM underwent LAARP using clamp-dilation introduction technique. No patients suffered from urinary tract injury, recurrent rectourethral fistula, urethral diverticulum and urinary incontinence. One patient suffered from wound infection and rectal retraction which required a redo pull-through on postoperative day 7. Rectal prolapse requiring surgical intervention developed in one patient. Postoperative MRI examination confirmed central placement of the rectum within the LMT in all cases. CONCLUSION: Our experience demonstrates that a visualized tunnel formation in the LMT center can be achieved by the clamp-dilator introduction technique in LAARP for both high and intermediate ARMs.

ABSTRACT

Global obesity as a major public health problem has increased at pandemic rate, with men often outpacing women. Survey data show that the overall prevalence of obesity is higher among women than men, yet in high-income developed countries, the prevalence of overweight is higher among men than women. The differential impact of different economic stages has prompted research in transition economies such as China. Using an instrumental variable approach based on a sample of 13,574 individuals from nine provinces in the Chinese Household Income Project (CHIP), we find a 7% excess-weight premium in wages for overweight men and a 4.6% penalty for overweight women, compared to their healthy-weight peers. We also find an inverse u-shaped association between the body mass index (BMI) and logarithm of monthly income for men, with an implied optimum above the threshold of obesity, while women are better off the slimmer they are. The excess-weight premium in wages for Chinese urban men might be associated with entrenched business practices of excessive dining and drinking associated with senior positions. Policies aimed at reducing obesity in China must be adapted to its unique sociocultural context in order to have gender-differentiated effects.

ABSTRACT

Piezoelectric actuator has the advantages of high rigidity, wide bandwidth, fast response and high resolution. Therefore, they are widely used in many micro and nano positioning applications. However, the hysteresis characteristic in the piezoelectric actuator (PEA) seriously affects its positioning accuracy and even causes instability. In this paper, a modified Prandtl-Ishlinskii (MPI) model, which can describe the rate asymmetric hysteresis of piezoelectric actuator, is studied. The hysteresis compensation is realized by using the rate dependent Prandtl-Iishlinskii model based on the improved Prandtl-Iishlinskii hysteresis model and the hysteresis characteristics of the driver measured in the laboratory under the frequency input of up to 100 Hz. In order to further reduce the error of feedforward compensation, a sliding mode controller is designed. The stability of the control system is proved by Lyapunov theory. The experimental results show that the linear error of the system is reduced from 10% to less than 1%, and the tracking error can also be reduced by 90%.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: Laparoscopic-assisted anorectoplasty (LAARP) is considered to benefit the patients with vesico-prostatic fistula. The aim of this study is to present the details of our LAARP technique for improving the short- and long-term outcomes in the patients with high and intermediate types of anorectal malformations (ARMs). METHODS: 330 patients with high-type (174 cases) and intermediate-type (156 cases) anorectal malformation (aged 8 days to 15 years) underwent LAARP from 2001 to 2019. LAARP was performed for full mobilization and resection of the dilated rectum, intra-rectal closure of the fistula, visualization, and enlargement of the center of the longitudinal muscle tube (LMT) from pelvic and perineal aspects. RESULTS: LAARP was performed in all patients and no patient was converted to open procedure. The urethral diverticulum was found in three patients (1.02%, 3/294) according to postoperative protocol voiding cystourethrogram but was not associated with any symptoms such as urinary tract infection and dysuria. Rectal prolapse requiring surgical intervention developed in 25 (7.6%) of 330 patients. Anal stricture occurred in three patients and re-do anoplasty was performed 5 months after LAARP. Anal retraction occurred in two patients and re-pull-through was conducted at 5 and 6 days, respectively, after LAARP. 228 patients who were older than 3 years were followed up. The median follow-up period was 5.8 years (range 3-15 years). 217 patients (95.2%) had voluntary bowel movements; 202 patients (88.6%) were free from soiling or with grade 1 soiling; 30 patients (13.6%) and 25 patients (11.3%) suffered from grade 1 and grade 2 constipation, respectively, while no patient had grade 3 constipation. CONCLUSION: Our experience demonstrates that the LAARP has advantages on rectal mobilization and resection, intra-rectal fistula closure and accurate tunnel formation in the LMT with minimal trauma. The improvement of the short-term and long-term outcomes after LAARP has been shown not only for high-type ARM but also for intermediate-type ARM.

ABSTRACT

Screening of trait-associated molecular markers can be used to enhance the efficiency of selective breeding. Previously, we produced the first high-density genetic linkage map for the mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi) and identified 11 quantitative-trait loci significantly associated with growth, of which one is located within the growth hormone (GH) gene. To investigate the GH gene polymorphisms and their correlation with growth, the complete sequence was cloned and 32 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and one simple-sequence repeat (SSR) were identified. Of which, eight SNPs (G1-G8) and the SSR (GH-AG)were selected for genotyping and correlation analysis with growth traits in a random population. The results showed that the four novel polymorphicloci (G1, G2, G3 and GH-AG) were significantly correlated with growth traits of mandarin fish (P < 0.05). Of these, G1, G3 and GH-AG showed highly significant correlations with multiple growth traits (P < 0.01) and the combined SNP analysis showed that G1-G3 formed four effective diplotypes (D1-D4), among which D1 was highly significantly greater than D4 (P < 0.01) for some important growth traits. In conclusion, our results show that the four polymorphic loci G1-G3 and GH-AG within the mandarin fish GH gene are significantly correlated with growth traits and could be used as candidate molecular markers for selective breedingof superior varieties of mandarin fish.

BACKGROUND: White adipose tissue is recognized as a highly active organ, which is closely related to a large number of physiological and metabolic processes besides storing triglycerides. However, little is known regarding the response of adipose tissue to acute inflammation. Therefore, in this study we employed growing pigs to investigate the changes of lipid metabolism and proteome in white adipose tissue after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation as a model for bacterial infection. METHODS: The expression of lipid metabolism and inflammation related genes was determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Label-free proteomics analysis was used to investigate changes of the protein profile in white adipose tissue and western blot was used to verify changes of selected adipokines. RESULTS: The results indicated that LPS significantly increased the expression of toll-like receptor (TLR) 2/4 pathway-related genes and pro-inflammatory factors. Lipid metabolism related genes, including acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1 (ACACA), fatty acid synthase (FASN), stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD), uncoupling protein 2 (UCP2), and 11 ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11ß-HSD1), were down-regulated and the lipolytic enzyme activity was decreased after LPS injection. Proteome analysis revealed 47 distinct proteins with > 2-fold changes. The down-regulation of two proteins (cAMP-dependent protein kinase type II-alpha regulatory subunit and ß-tubulin) has been verified by western blot analysis. In addition, the abundance of two adipokines (adiponectin and zinc-α2-glycoprotein) was significantly increased after LPS injection. CONCLUSION: In conclusion, LPS challenge can cause acute inflammation in white adipose tissue. Concurrently, lipid metabolism was significantly suppressed and the abundance of several proteins changed in white adipose tissue. The results provide new clues to understand the adipose dysfunction during inflammation.

ABSTRACT

α-Lipoic acid (LA) has been demonstrated to be a key regulator of energy metabolism. However, whether LA can protect the liver from inflammation, as well as the underlying mechanism involved, are still largely unclear. In the present study, mice treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and injected with LA were used as a model. Liver injury, energy metabolism and mitochondrial regulation were investigated to assess the protective effect of LA on the liver and explore the possible mechanisms involved. Our results showed that LA attenuated liver injury, as evidenced by the decreased plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels after LA treatment compared with the LPS-treated group. The hepatic ATP and NADH levels, expression levels of most mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)-encoded genes as well as mitochondrial complex I, IV and V activities were all significantly increased in the LA-treated group compared with the LPS-treated group. Levels of Sirt3 protein, which is essential for the regulation of mitochondrial metabolism, were also increased in the LA-treated group. Regarding the regulation of mtDNA-encoded genes expression, we observed no obvious change in the methylation status of the mtDNA D-loop region. However, compared to the LPS-treated group, LA treatment increased glucocorticoid receptor (GR) protein expression in the liver, as well as the level of GR occupancy on the mtDNA D-loop region. Our study demonstrates that LA exerts a liver-protective effect in an inflammation state by improving mitochondrial function. Furthermore, to the best of our knowledge, we demonstrate for the first time that GR may be involved in this effect via an enhanced binding to the mtDNA transcriptional control region, thereby regulating the expression of mtDNA-encoded genes.

ABSTRACT

To investigate the influence of maternal dietary fat intake on the fatty acid composition and lipid metabolism of progeny subcutaneous fat (SQ), fourteen sows were randomly assigned to a control or high fat (HF) group which received a diet containing 8% corn oil starting seven days before farrowing until weaning. The results showed the fatty acid composition in progeny SQ at weaning age generally demonstrated a similar pattern with the sow milk. However, this pattern was not observed at the finishing stage. The stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 mRNA and protein levels in the progeny SQ of the HF group decreased at both sampling stages when compared with controls. The study demonstrated that maternal dietary fat during lactation significantly affected the fatty acid composition of progeny SQ at the weaning stage, yet no obvious lasting effect was observed in progeny SQ at the finishing stage.

ABSTRACT

Viral infection caused by Ostreid herpesvirus 1 (OsHV-1) is one of the proximate causes of mass mortalities of cultivated bivalves around the world. The emergence and spread of different variants of OsHV-1 accompanied by different epidemiological characteristics have been reported frequently in different countries around the world. In this paper, we present a study of the detection of OsHV-1 DNA and their variations from 1599 samples over 18 species collected in 27 aquaculture sites and two food markets during 2001-2013 in China. All of the samples were examined by a nested PCR assay targeting the C2/C6 fragment of OsHV-1 followed by sequencing. Our results showed 338 individuals (21.1%) of seven species sampled from 14 (14/27=51.9%) sites and the two food markets were positive for viral DNA. Sequencing of 289 PCR products revealed 24 virus types. No shared virus type was found among different countries with 47 types (23 in Japan, 16 in France, 2 in South Korea and 1 in each country of Australia, USA, Ireland, New Zealand, Mexico and China) identified in previous studies. As previously reported, two main phylogenetic groups were identified by phylogenetic analysis based on the 71 virus types; within which 6 separate clades were identified. Our results also demonstrated that two clades were associated with abnormal mortalities of the scallop, Chlamys farrier and the calm, Scapharca broughtonii in China. These findings indicated that cultivated bivalves may face potential threats from OsHV-1 types found in our study.

ABSTRACT

The present study was conducted to investigate whether maternal dietary fat affects the fatty acid composition of the longissimus thoracis (LT) muscle in offspring pigs at weaning and finishing stages. Fourteen sows were randomly assigned to a control or a high fat (HF) group. The HF sows received a diet containing 8% corn oil starting seven days before farrowing until weaning. The results showed that a high-fat diet significantly increased the contents of serum-lipid-related indexes in the sows. Although the triglyceride content did not change, the C18:2n-6 content was higher in the colostrum and in the LT muscle of offspring pigs at both investigated stages. The total n-6 content and the n-6/n-3 ratio generally increased. This study demonstrated that maternal dietary fat during lactation affects the fatty acid composition of the LT muscle of progeny at weaning, and can have persistent effects in later life.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Euryale ferox. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 and their structures were identified by physico-chemical and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Seven compounds were purified from the 95% ethanol extract. These constituents were elucidated as protocatechuic acid (1), gallic acid (2), gallic acid ethyl ester(3),5 ,7-dihydroxychromone(4), ß-sitosterol(5), daucosterol(6), and 5,7-dihydroxy-6,4'-dimethoxyflavone(7), respectively. CONCLUSION: All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
