ABSTRACT

Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells have been proposed for HIV-1 treatment but have not yet demonstrated desirable therapeutic efficacy. Here, we report newly developed anti-HIV-1 CAR-T cells armed with endogenic broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) and the follicle-homing receptor CXCR5, termed M10 cells. M10 cells were designed to exercise three-fold biological functions, including broad cytotoxic effects on HIV-infected cells, neutralization of cell-free viruses produced after latency reversal, and B-cell follicle homing. After demonstrating the three-fold biological activities, M10 cells were administered to treat 18 HIV-1 patients via a regimen of two allogenic M10 cell infusions with an interval of 30 days, with each M10 cell infusion followed by two chidamide stimulations for HIV-1 reservoir activation. Consequently, 74.3% of M10 cell infusions resulted in significant suppression of viral rebound, with viral loads declining by an average of 67.1%, and 10 patients showed persistently reduced cell-associated HIV-1 RNA levels (average decrease of 1.15 log10) over the 150-day observation period. M10 cells were also found to impose selective pressure on the latent viral reservoir. No significant treatment-related adverse effects were observed. Overall, our study supported the potential of M10 CAR-T cells as a novel, safe, and effective therapeutic option for the functional cure of HIV-1/AIDS.

ABSTRACT

Background: The administration of anesthesia for elderly individuals who are critically ill, suffering from severe craniocerebral injuries, and living in plateau regions presents a rare, intricate, and high-risk challenge. This case study outlines the specific anesthesia management protocols necessary for plateau-dwelling patients with significant craniocerebral damage undergoing prolonged invasive procedures. Case report: A 76-year-old male patient had a 26-year history of foreign-body penetration of the skull and had experienced local purulent discharge and pain for the previous 20 days. The diagnoses included right hypoplasia, a foreign body in the skull with an infection, hypokalemia, hypoproteinemia, pulmonary fibrous foci, and bilateral pleural effusion. For almost 6 months, the patient suffered from recurring headaches, blurred vision, and sluggish bodily movement. The patient had a poor diet, poor sleep quality, normal urination, and no noticeable weight loss since the onset of the illness. The right anterior ear had a 2 cm skin abscess with yellow pus and a black metal foreign body tip. The left eyelid was red and swollen, and the left conjunctiva was hyperemic; the right eyelid showed no abnormalities, and both pupils were wide and round, with light and adjustment reflexes and no cyanosis on the lips. Skull development was normal. No dry or moist rales were audible in either lung. The heart rhythm was regular, and the heart rate was 50 bpm. Chest CT revealed left lung calcification foci, bilateral pleural effusion, and fiber foci in the lower lobes of both lungs. Conclusion: Furthermore, the patient in question was of advanced age and had a complex medical history, including prolonged exposure to high altitudes and previous instances of severe craniocerebral trauma, among other uncommon pathophysiological characteristics. In particular, the patient also underwent surgical interventions at both high and low altitudes, adding to the complexity of their case. To ensure patient safety, close multidisciplinary collaboration, the development of a precise surgical plan, and the implementation of a suitable perioperative anesthetic management strategy are imperative.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Although many molecules have been investigated as biomarkers for spinal cord injury (SCI) or ischemic stroke, none of them are specifically induced in central nervous system (CNS) neurons following injuries with low baseline expression. However, neuronal injury constitutes a major pathology associated with SCI or stroke and strongly correlates with neurological outcomes. Biomarkers characterized by low baseline expression and specific induction in neurons post-injury are likely to better correlate with injury severity and recovery, demonstrating higher sensitivity and specificity for CNS injuries compared to non-neuronal markers or pan-neuronal markers with constitutive expressions. METHODS: In animal studies, young adult wildtype and global Atf3 knockout mice underwent unilateral cervical 5 (C5) SCI or permanent distal middle cerebral artery occlusion (pMCAO). Gene expression was assessed using RNA-sequencing and qRT-PCR, while protein expression was detected through immunostaining. Serum ATF3 levels in animal models and clinical human samples were measured using commercially available enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay (ELISA) kits. RESULTS: Activating transcription factor 3 (ATF3), a molecular marker for injured dorsal root ganglion sensory neurons in the peripheral nervous system, was not expressed in spinal cord or cortex of naïve mice but was induced specifically in neurons of the spinal cord or cortex within 1 day after SCI or ischemic stroke, respectively. Additionally, ATF3 protein levels in mouse blood significantly increased 1 day after SCI or ischemic stroke. Importantly, ATF3 protein levels in human serum were elevated in clinical patients within 24 hours after SCI or ischemic stroke. Moreover, Atf3 knockout mice, compared to the wildtype mice, exhibited worse neurological outcomes and larger damage regions after SCI or ischemic stroke, indicating that ATF3 has a neuroprotective function. CONCLUSIONS: ATF3 is an easily measurable, neuron-specific biomarker for clinical SCI and ischemic stroke, with neuroprotective properties. HIGHLIGHTS: ATF3 was induced specifically in neurons of the spinal cord or cortex within 1 day after SCI or ischemic stroke, respectively. Serum ATF3 protein levels are elevated in clinical patients within 24 hours after SCI or ischemic stroke. ATF3 exhibits neuroprotective properties, as evidenced by the worse neurological outcomes and larger damage regions observed in Atf3 knockout mice compared to wildtype mice following SCI or ischemic stroke.

ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION: Frailty has become a worldwide health burden that has a large influence on public health and clinical practice. The incidence of frailty is anticipated to increase as the ageing population increases. Myocardial injury after noncardiac surgery (MINS) is associated with short-term and long-term mortality. However, the incidence of MINS in frail geriatric patients is unknown. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: This prospective, multicentre, real-world observational cohort study will be conducted at 18 designated centres in China from January 2023 to December 2024, with an anticipated sample size of 856 patients aged 65 years and older who are scheduled to undergo noncardiac surgery. The primary outcome will be the incidence of MINS. MINS is defined as a fourth-generation plasma cardiac troponin T (cTnT) concentration ≥ 0.03 ng/mL exhibited at least once within 30 days after surgery, with or without symptoms of myocardial ischaemia. All data will be collected via electronic data acquisition. DISCUSSION: This study will explore the incidence of MINS in frail patients. The characteristics, predictive factors and 30-day outcomes of MINS in frail patients will be further investigated to lay the foundation for identifying clinical interventions. ABSTRACT

In archaea and eukaryotes, the evolutionarily conserved KEOPS is composed of four core subunits-Kae1, Bud32, Cgi121 and Pcc1, and a fifth Gon7/Pcc2 that is found in fungi and metazoa. KEOPS cooperates with Sua5/YRDC to catalyze the biosynthesis of tRNA N6-threonylcarbamoyladenosine (t6A), an essential modification needed for fitness of cellular organisms. Biochemical and structural characterizations of KEOPSs from archaea, yeast and humans have determined a t6A-catalytic role for Kae1 and auxiliary roles for other subunits. However, the precise molecular workings of KEOPSs still remain poorly understood. Here, we investigated the biochemical functions of A. thaliana KEOPS and determined a cryo-EM structure of A. thaliana KEOPS dimer. We show that A. thaliana KEOPS is composed of KAE1, BUD32, CGI121 and PCC1, which adopts a conserved overall arrangement. PCC1 dimerization leads to a KEOPS dimer that is needed for an active t6A-catalytic KEOPS-tRNA assembly. BUD32 participates in direct binding of tRNA to KEOPS and modulates the t6A-catalytic activity of KEOPS via its C-terminal tail and ATP to ADP hydrolysis. CGI121 promotes the binding of tRNA to KEOPS and potentiates the t6A-catalytic activity of KEOPS. These data and findings provide insights into mechanistic understanding of KEOPS machineries.

BACKGROUND: To Frailty is associated with postoperative delirium (POD) but is rarely assessed in patients undergoing noncardiac surgery. In this study, the correlation between preoperative frailty and POD, one-year mortality will be investigated in noncardiac Chinese geriatric surgery patients. METHODS: This study is a prospective, observational, cohort study conducted at a single center with Chinese geriatric patients. Patients who undergo noncardiac surgery and are older than 70 years will be included. A total of 536 noncardiac surgery patients will be recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University for this study. The Barthel Index (BI) rating will be used to assess the patient's ability to carry out everyday activities on the 1st preoperative day. The modified frailty index (mFI) will be used to assess frailty. Patients in the nonfrailty group will have an mFI < 0.21, and patients in the frailty group will have an mFI ≥ 0.21. The primary outcome is the incidence of POD. Three-Minute Diagnostic Interview for CAM-defined Delirium (3D-CAM) will be conducted twice daily during the 1st-7th postoperative days, or just before discharge. The secondary outcomes will include one-year mortality, in-hospital cardiopulmonary events, infections, acute renal injury, and cerebrovascular events. DISCUSSION: This study will clarify the correlation of preoperative frailty with POD and one-year all-cause mortality in Chinese geriatric patients undergoing noncardiac surgery. Can preoperative frailty predict POD or one-year mortality? In the face of China's serious aging social problems, this result may have important clinical value for the surgical treatment of geriatric patients. ABSTRACT

Background: The effect of different non-cardiac surgical methods on islet and renal function remains unclear. We conducted a preliminary investigation to determine whether different surgical methods affect islet function or cause further damage to renal function. Methods: In this prospective cohort study, the clinical data of 63 adult patients who underwent non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia were evaluated from February 2019 to January 2020. Patients were divided into the abdominal surgery group, the laparoscopic surgery group, and the breast cancer surgery group. The primary outcome was the difference between the effects of different surgical methods on renal function. Results: Islet and renal function were not significantly different between the groups. The correlation analysis showed that hematocrit (HCT) and hemoglobin (HB) were negatively correlated with fasting plasma glucose (FPG) (p < 0.05), MAP was positively correlated with C-peptide (p < 0.05), and HCT and Hb were positively correlated with serum creatinine (SCr) (p < 0.05). Fasting insulin (FINS) and C-peptide were negatively correlated with SCr (p < 0.05), and the homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) was positively correlated with SCr (p < 0.05). FINS, C-peptide, HOMA-IR, and the homeostatic model assessment of ß-cell function (HOMA-ß) were positively correlated with cystatin C (Cys C) (p < 0.05). Conclusion: FINS, C-peptide, and HOMA-IR had positive effects on beta-2-microglobulin (ß2-MG). FINS, C-peptide, and HOMA-IR were positively correlated with Cys C and ß2-Mg. While FINS and C-peptide were negatively correlated with SCr, HOMA-IR was positively correlated with SCr.

ABSTRACT

The classification and phylogenetic relationships within the Phaseoleae tribe (Leguminosae) have consistently posed challenges to botanists. This study addresses these taxonomic intricacies, with a specific focus on the Glycininae subtribe, by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the highly conserved plastome in Amphicarpaea edgeworthii Benth., a critical species within this subtribe. Through meticulous genomic sequencing, we identified a plastome size of 148,650 bp, composed of 128 genes, including 84 protein-coding genes, 36 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes. Comparative genomic analysis across seven Glycininae species illuminated a universally conserved circular and quadripartite structure, with nine genes exhibiting notable nucleotide diversity, signifying a remarkable genomic variability. Phylogenetic reconstruction of 35 Phaseoleae species underscores the affinity of Amphicarpaea with Glycine, placing Apios as a sister lineage to all other Phaseoleae species, excluding Clitorinae and Diocleinae subtribes. Intriguingly, Apios, Butea, Erythrina, and Spatholobus, traditionally clumped together in the Erythrininae subtribe, display paraphyletic divergence, thereby contesting their taxonomic coherence. The pronounced structural differences in the quadripartite boundary genes among taxa with unresolved subtribal affiliations demand a reevaluation of Erythrininae's taxonomic classification, potentially refining the phylogenetic contours of the tribe.

There are few pertinent studies about the application of laryngeal mask airways (LMAs) in lateral decubitus surgery. Therefore, the aim of our study was to evaluate the effects of lateral position and pneumoperitoneum on oropharyngeal leak pressure (OLP) and ventilation efficiency for the LMA SaCoVLM. Patients undergoing elective retroperitoneal laparoscopic urological surgery were randomized 1:1 to the Supreme group or SaCoVLM group. The primary outcome was the OLP with LMA insertion. The secondary outcomes were the first-attempt success rate, insertion time, adjustment times, gastric tube success rate, LMA alignment accuracy, LMA removal time, regurgitation or aspiration, LMA blood staining, and incidence of adverse events 24 h after surgery. We recruited 70 patients to complete the study. Regardless of lateral position and pneumoperitoneum, the OLP was greater in the SaCoVLM group (n = 35) than in the Supreme group (n = 35), with a median difference of 4-7 cmH2O. The first-attempt success rate of the SaCoVLM group was higher than that of the Supreme group (91.4% vs. 77.1%, risk ratio (RR): 1.19; 95% CI 0.96 to 1.46, P = 0.188). Thus, in the lateral position with pneumoperitoneum, although the new video LMA SaCoVLM has a higher OLP than the LMA Supreme, both devices provide sufficient ventilation efficiency.

ABSTRACT

Cancer represents a challenging medical problem worldwide. Several exploratory studies have been conducted to overcome these limitations. RNA vaccines play an important role in cancer prevention and treatment. Recent studies have shown that RNA vaccines play an important role in cancer prevention. However, there are currently no relevant bibliometric studies. This study aimed to apply bibliometrics to summarize the knowledge structure and research hotspots regarding the role of RNA vaccines in cancer. Publications related to RNA vaccines in cancer were searched on the web of science core collection (WoSCC) database. VOSviewers, CiteSpace and R package "bibliometrix" were used to conduct this bibliometric analysis. A total of 1399 articles were included, comprising 803 original articles and 596 reviews. The number of studies on RNA vaccines against cancer has been increasing annually. China and the United States were the principal countries of origin of publications. Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, NCI, and Duke University were the main organizations. Frontiers in Immunology is the leading journal in the field. Hot keywords included tumor antigens, lipid nanoparticles, emerging roles, and dendritic cells. This is the bibliometric study to summarize the research trends and development of RNA vaccines for cancer. This information will provide a reference for researchers studying RNA vaccines against cancer.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: The fixation of ligament and tendon of the middle ear often occurs after chronic otitis media surgery. However, there are relatively few studies on the effect of ligament and tendon on sound transmission in the human middle ear. Here, the finite element model and lumped parameter model are used to study the effect of ligament and tendon fixation and detachment on sound transmission in human ear. METHODS: In this paper, the finite element model including the external auditory canal, middle ear and simplified inner ear is used to calculate and compare the middle ear frequency response of the normal and tympanosclerosis under pure tone stimulation. In addition, the lumped parametric model is taken into account to illustrate the effect of ligament and tendon stiffness on the human ear transmission system. RESULTS: The results indicate that the motion of the tympanic membrane and stapes is reduced by ligament and tendon fixation. Although ligament and tendon detachment have a limited effect in the piston-motion direction, the stability of motion in the plane perpendicular to the piston-motion direction is significantly reduced. Most significantly, the ligament and tendon fixation cause a hearing effect of about 18 dB, which is greater in the plane perpendicular to the piston-motion direction after ligament and tendon detachment than in the piston-motion direction. CONCLUSIONS: In this study, the calculation accuracy of the lumped parameter and the finite element model is studied, and the effect of ligament and tendon on hearing loss is further explored through the finite element model with high calculation accuracy, which is helpful to understand the role of ligament and tendon in the sound transmission mechanism of the human middle ear. The study of ligament and tendon on conductive hearing loss provides a reference for clinical treatment of tympanosclerosis.

ABSTRACT

Damping plays an important role in the middle ear (ME) sound transmission system. However, how to mechanically characterize the damping of ME soft tissues and the role of damping in ME sound transmission have not yet reached a consensus. In this paper, a finite element (FE) model of the partial external and ME of the human ear, considering both Rayleigh damping and viscoelastic damping for different soft tissues, is developed to quantitatively investigate the damping in soft tissues effects on the wide-frequency response of the ME sound transmission system. The model-derived results can capture the high-frequency (above 2 kHz) fluctuations and obtain the 0.9 kHz resonant frequency (RF) of the stapes velocity transfer function (SVTF) response. The results show that the damping of pars tensa (PT), stapedial annular ligament (SAL) and incudostapedial joints (ISJ) can help smooth the broadband response of the umbo and stapes footplate (SFP). It is found that, between 1 and 8 kHz, the damping of the PT increases the magnitude and phase delay of the SVTF above 2 kHz while the damping of the ISJ can avoid excessive phase delay of the SVTF, which is important in maintaining the synchronization in high-frequency vibration but has not been revealed before. Below 1 kHz, the damping of the SAL plays a more important role, and it can decrease the magnitude but increases the phase delay of the SVTF. This study has implications for a better understanding of the mechanism of ME sound transmission.

Introduction: Heat shock protein (HSPs) are important intracellular factors, which are often involved in the regulation of viral replication including HIV-1 in infected individuals as molecular chaperone proteins. Heat shock proteins 70 (HSP70/HSPA) family play important roles in HIV replication, but this family contain many subtypes, and it is unclear how these subtypes participate in and affect HIV replication. Methods: To detect the interaction between HSPA14 and HspBP1 by CO-IP. Simulating HIV infection status in vitro to detect the change of intracellular HSPA14 expression after HIV infection in different cells. Constructing HSPA14 overexpression or knockdown cells to detect intracellular HIV replication levels after in vitro infection. Detecting the difference of HSPA expression levels in CD4+ T cells of untreated acute HIV-infected patients with different viral load. Results: In this study, we found that HIV infection can lead to changes in the transcriptional level of many HSPA subtypes, among which HSPA14 interacts with HIV transcriptional inhibitor HspBP1. The expression of HSPA14 in Jurkat and primary CD4+T cells infected with HIV were inhibited, overexpression of HSPA14 inhibited HIV replication, while knocking down HSPA14 promoted HIV replication. We also found that the expression level of HSPA14 is higher in peripheral blood CD4+T cells of untreated acute HIV infection patients with low viral load. Conclusion: HSPA14 is a potential HIV replication inhibitor and may restrict HIV replication by regulating the transcriptional inhibitor HspBP1. Further studies are needed to determine the specific mechanism by which HSPA14 regulates viral replication.

INTRODUCTION: The SaCoVLM is a new type of video intubating laryngeal mask airway (LMA), and it is the first LMA to realise continuous visual monitoring. There is a lack of studies on intubation using the SaCoVLM. The aim of this study is to compare the success rate of intubation with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubes and wire-reinforced (WR) tubes using the SaCoVLM. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: This prospective, single-centre, single-blind, parallel-arm, randomised controlled study will be conducted in a tertiary university hospital in China. We will include 104 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia. Patients will be randomly assigned to the PVC tracheal tube group (n=52, PVC group) or the WR tracheal tube group (n=52, WR group). The primary outcome is the total success rate of intubation. The secondary outcomes are the first success rate of intubation, the time of tracheal intubation, the site of the first contact, the adjustment action for tracheal intubation, haemodynamic fluctuation during intubation and extubation, incidence of trauma as evidenced by blood, and the incidence rates of postoperative sore throat, hoarseness, and dysphagia. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University (YXLL-KY-2022 (008)). ABSTRACT

Introduction: Opioid-free anesthesia (OFA) can certainly prevent nausea and vomiting after bariatric surgery (BS), but its postoperative analgesic effect is still controversial. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a prominent feature of morbid obesity in BS and accounts for a very high proportion, which significantly increases the difficulty of patients' airway management. Those patients will be more representative and highlight the advantages of OFA. It is not clear whether esketamine can play a more prominent role in OFA for postoperative analgesia. Therefore, this study aims to explore the postoperative analgesic effect of esketamine-based OFA on BS patients with OSA. Methods and analysis: This single-center, prospective, randomized, controlled, single-blind study is planned to recruit 48 participants to undergo BS from May 2022 to April 2023. Patients will be randomly assigned to the OFA group and opioid-based anesthesia (OBA) group in a ratio of 1:1. The primary outcome is the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) at different times postoperatively. Secondary outcomes include analgesic intake, the incidence and severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), Leiden Surgical Rating Scale (L-SRS), postoperative agitation and chills, PACU stay time, EuroQol five-dimensional questionnaire (EQ-5D), length of hospital stay, intraoperative awareness, and hemodynamically unstable treatments. Discussion: The results of this study may explain the analgesic effect of esketamine-based OFA on patients undergoing BS combined with OSA, and provide evidence and insight for perioperative pain management. ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION: Previous studies on transoesophageal echocardiography in coronary artery bypass grafting mainly focused on whether to change the surgical plan rather than improve the clinical prognosis. Currently, there are sparse studies on the relationship between transoesophageal echocardiography indicators and the prognosis of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. The primary aim of this study is to explore the association between transoesophageal echocardiography monitoring indicators the respiratory variability of inferior vena cava diameter, tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion and the incidence of acute kidney injury in coronary artery bypass grafting patients. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: We designed this prospective multicenter cohort study, which included approximately 150 adult patients (≥18 years) undergoing elective coronary artery bypass surgery. Different hospitals will be assessed to obtain information on the prevalence, risk factors, management strategies and outcomes in coronary artery bypass surgery. The cohort will be followed after the coronary artery bypass surgery period, up to 30 days after enrolment. The incidence of postoperative acute kidney injury and baseline data will be presented by descriptive statistics. We will use Freidman inspection and multivariable logistic regression to assess the association between transoesophageal echocardiography monitoring indicators and the incidence of acute kidney injury in coronary artery bypass grafting patients. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION: The study has been approved by the ethics committee of Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital, China (approval number: YXLL-KY-2021(067)). This is an observational study that poses no risk to the patients. All participants will obtain informed consent according to the ethics committee before patient enrolment. Funding sources will have no influence on data handling, analyses or writing of the manuscript. The article is planned for submission in an international peer-reviewed journal. BACKGROUND: In rare cases, people living with chronic human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection do not develop antibodies despite demonstrable infection. Delayed or missed diagnosis of HIV infection leads to a lack of timely therapy, resulting in rapid disease progression with opportunistic infections or malignancies. CASE REPORT: A 44-year-old Chinese man presented with sore throat, oral leukoplakia, fever, dyspnoea and diffuse ground glass-like lesions in both lungs. Serum cytomegalovirus DNA was detectable, and CD4+ T-cell count was low. The patient was suspected of being a person living with HIV despite of the repeatedly negative HIV antibody tests using enzyme-linked immunsorbent assay and Western blot. Subsequently, high-plasma HIV RNA viral load was found on two repeated tests, while HIV DNA was also positive. Thus, the patient was confirmed as presenting with HIV-seronegative acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The symptoms improved in response to effective anti-fungal and anti-retroviral therapy after diagnosis. CONCLUSION: This is the third reported case of an HIV-seronegative AIDS patient in China, which are also rarely reported globally. HIV nucleic acid testing is important to screen out HIV infection, especially in those who present with severe immunodeficiency but remain HIV serogenative.

ABSTRACT

In order to achieve the dual needs of single-phase vibration reduction and lightweight, a square honeycomb acoustic metamaterials with local resonant Archimedean spirals (SHAMLRAS) is proposed. The independent geometry parameters of SHAMLRAS structures are acquired by changing the spiral control equation. The mechanism of low-frequency bandgap generation and the directional attenuation mechanism of in-plane elastic waves are both explored through mode shapes, dispersion surfaces, and group velocities. Meanwhile, the effect of the spiral arrangement and the adjustment of the equation parameters on the width and position of the low-frequency bandgap are discussed separately. In addition, a rational period design of the SHAMLRAS plate structure is used to analyze the filtering performance with transmission loss experiments and numerical simulations. The results show that the design of acoustic metamaterials with multiple Archimedean spirals has good local resonance properties, and forms multiple low-frequency bandgaps below 500 Hz by reasonable parameter control. The spectrograms calculated from the excitation and response data of acceleration sensors are found to be in good agreement with the band structure. The work provides effective design ideas and a low-cost solution for low-frequency noise and vibration control in the aeronautic and astronautic industries.
