ABSTRACT
Clinical laboratories are in the midst of a staffing crisis. Low salaries, stressful working conditions, and a lack of advancement opportunities make it difficult to attract new people. Now, more than ever, it is critical to keep your current staff happy. The key could be your management style. Salaries and benefits may tempt employees to look around, but poor management surely will make them leave.
