ABSTRACT

La displasia adenomatoide quística del pulmón es una anomalía poco frecuente, que a menudo se diagnostica mediante ecografía prenatal. Su resultado varía desde la hidropesía y la muerte fetal hasta la resolución posparto. La asociación de tal entidad con la agenesia renal bilateral es rara. Describimos un caso recurrente en una segunda gestación, lo cual es un hallazgo excepcional


Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung is an infrequent anomaly that is frequently diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography. Outcome varies from hydrops and fetal death to resolution after birth. The association of this entity with bilateral renal agenesis is rare. We report a recurrent case in a second pregnancy, which is an exceptional finding
