La displasia adenomatoide quística del pulmón es una anomalía poco frecuente, que a menudo se diagnostica mediante ecografía prenatal. Su resultado varía desde la hidropesía y la muerte fetal hasta la resolución posparto. La asociación de tal entidad con la agenesia renal bilateral es rara. Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung is an infrequent anomaly that is frequently diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography.
