[PT (INR) in extractive dental surgery in patients treated with oral anticoagulants]. / PT (INR) nella chirurgia dentaria estrattiva in pazienti trattati con anticoagulanti orali.

The authors report their actual behaviour in dental extractive surgery with regard to patients subjected to oral anticoagulant therapy. They analyze the hospital ambulatory casistry treated, formulate some considerations and conclude confirming their behaviour supported by the results obtained.

The authors present a protocol personally adopted in hospital activity. They explain their extractive surgical behaviour in relation to thrombotest values found in patients treated with oral anticoagulants and conclude that also in the presence of thrombotest values a little below 20% they have not noticed intra- or postoperative complications.
