ABSTRACT
The authors report good results obtained by ligature of the intestinal lymphatics (Servelle's operation) performed in 15 patients with arteriosclerosis and followed up 1,2 and 3 years after the operation. The indications for the operation in the surgical treatment of arteriosclerosis are discussed.
