ABSTRACT

Metaverse is a digital world created by human beings according to the physical world. Its deep integration of virtual and real features has created a new opportunity for the innovative development of game teaching in art design courses in colleges and universities under the epidemic situation. In the field of art design, the investigation and research on the learning mode of its courses show that traditional teaching can hardly bring good experience to students, which is manifested in the following aspects: the lack of "presence" in online learning caused by epidemic situation, resulting in weak display of teaching effect, and unreasonable organization of group learning in the course. Therefore, in view of these problems, this paper puts forward three paths about the innovative application of art design courses by using the teaching strategy of Xirang games, namely, interaction on the same screen and presence experience, interaction between real individuals and virtual images, and division of cooperative learning interest groups. At last, by using the research methods of semi-structured interview, eye movement experiment and scale, it is concluded that virtual game learning plays an active role in promoting the teaching reform in colleges and universities, stimulating learners to develop higher-order thinking abilities such as creativity and criticism, solving the problems of traditional teaching, and promoting learners to move from "outside the teaching scene" to "inside the teaching scene" and from "outside the knowledge" to "inside the knowledge", which leads to a new teaching direction for the future teaching mode.

ABSTRACT

At the beginning of 2020, China was first hit by the COVID-19 epidemic. In order to effectively prevent the spread of the virus, the Chinese people work online, teach online, study online and shop online from home, the whole country rapidly entered the era of "Cloud Anti-COVID-19 Epidemic". With the passage of time, the Chinese relevant national examinations such as postgraduate second round examination, the senior high school and college entrance examination gradually approach. In response, some regions have launched the "Cloud National Examination" model. Based on this background, through the actual situation commentary and case proof of adaptive mock test of the "Cloud National Examination" that has been carried out in some areas and schools, this article analyzes, discusses, summarizes and deeply reflects the epidemic prevention and control, policy formulation, education care, scientific and technological progress, and social problems hidden behind the hot phenomenon of "Cloud National Examination", so as to offer advice and suggestions for online education in such a special period. Also, to provide reference for the rapid deployment, preparation and implementation of "Cloud National Examination" by relevant education administrative departments, schools, candidates and their families, and supply the evaluation viewpoint and theoretical contribution for similar global problems and phenomena.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the expression of high selective A receptor of endothelin-1 (ETA-R) in melanocytes from normal human beings. Methods Normal human melanocytes were cultured and mR-NA expression of ETA-R in melanocytes was measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Results The mRNA expression of ETA-R was seen in melanocytes. Conclusion This study combined with other experiments suggests that endothelin-1 may affect melanocytes by high selective ETA-R which may con-tribute to the pathogenesis of vitiligo.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis regulation and epidermal proliferation in psoriasis. Methods The expression of apoptosis molecule PDCD5 (programmed cell death 5) on psoriatic lesions was observed by direct immunofluorescence. The positive rates and the average of fluorescence intensity of PDCD5 were analyzed quantitatively with FACS and computer CELL Quest software. The expression of PDCD5 mRNA in psoriatic lesions was detected by RT-PCR. Results The expression of PDCD5 protein was obviously lower in psoriatic epidermal cells than that of the normal skin. ABSTRACT

Objective To report a case of psoriasis vulgaris associated with acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)(type M4EO).Methods Clinical data from the patient were collected.Histopathologic examination,and examination of bone marrow and peripheral blood smear were performed.The immunologic types of bone marrow cells were analyzed with FACS.Chromosome and G-banding analyses were carried out with cultured bone marrow cells.Results A33-year-old woman had a history of chronic plaque psoriasis for20years.Her cousin had the same disease history.The patient was treated with various therapeutic regi-mens,most of which were traditional Chinese medicines.Recently the patient suffered from myalgia and chest bone pain,periodic bleeding on gums,fever and so on.The abnormal infantile monocytes and promye-locytes were found with bone marrow smear,and crassitude basophilic granules were noticed in eosinophils.The diagnosis of acute myelogenous leukemia type M4EO was made.The diagnosis was confirmed with the immunologic analysis of born marrow cells with FACS.Chromosome and G-banding analyses revealed her karyotype of46,XX,inv(16)/47,XX,inv(16),+8(2/22).The plaque lesions of psoriasis were regressed after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and the symptoms of AML were resolved.Conclusion It is the first case report of psoriasis vulgaris associated with acute myelogenous leukemia M4EO which responded to allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the expression of endothelin 1 (ET 1) mRNA in keratinocytes in patients with vitiligo. Methods Fourteen patients with progressive vitiligo were measured by hybridization in situ. Results Our results showed that the expression of ET 1 mRNA was markedly decreased. Conclusion The results revealed that decreased ET 1 expression may be associated with the pathogenesis of vitiligo. The cause and role of decreasing of ET 1 expression of keratinocyte in vitiligo lesion need to be studied further.

Objective To study the effects of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) on the proliferation of cultured normal human melanocytes. Methods Normal human melanocytes were obtained from the foreskins of healthy men, and cultured in minimum essential medium (MEM) with 10% bovine serum. The cultured melanocytes of the 3rd passage were treated with various concentrations of ET-1 and ACTH. Cell proliferation was assessed by the MTT method.
