ABSTRACT
The work based upon the investigation of the brachial plexus in 25 corpses proposes to fulfil the blockade of the brachial plexus by the introduction of the needle into the area of forming the upper primary trunk. The advantages of the method proposed are a relative technical simplicity and a considerably little danger to injure large blood vessels of the neck and cervical plexus.
