[Financial aspects of healthcare development].

The topic of financial support for the development of healthcare is especially relevant today due to the fact that public health is the key to the successful functioning of the state system. The article examines the key areas of health care development and analyzes the expenditures of the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation on health care. The transformations in the healthcare system are aimed at optimizing the work of medical organizations providing primary health care, forming a system of continuous training of medical personnel and forming criteria for assessing the quality and accessibility of medical care.

[Transformation of entrepreneurial activity under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic].

The work is devoted to the consideration of digital technologies as a tool that transformed entrepreneurship and helped save many new and established enterprises from bankruptcy during the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. The practice of entrepreneurship in the Kazan period has shown that digital transformation allows to increase productivity and innovation in business models, value creation processes and interaction with customers and partners. In fact, digital entrepreneurship as a consideration of how digital technologies shape entrepreneurial activity seems to be blurring traditional entrepreneurial boundaries and expanding the entrepreneur's opportunities in the market, democratizing the ability to start, adapt or wind down enterprises.

[The problems of research financing in medicine: economical aspect].

The article considers problems of financing research studies in medicine at modern stage of allocation of financial support of scientific directions. In last several years situation in the Russian science cardinally changed and process of shaping new system of management of science. The sensitive issue of national science remains problem of inadequate financing. The actuality of the study is determined by putting into effect the most severe sanctions from some states. Therefore, to achieve import independence today the priority directions are determined, and among them special place occupies medicine. During last decade, the investments in medical science increased 4.3 times. The onset of coronavirus infection clearly demonstrated existing problems in health care systems of all countries hereby process of digitization. In crisis conditions, fast and qualitative medical data exchange became a priority direction formed among participants of health care system awareness about necessity to head jointly to intelligent medicine meeting actual challenges.The purpose of the study is to investigate problems of financing scientific research in medicine. The study results permit to conclude that further progressing development of scientific research in medicine depends on financial support so it is necessary to engage and private investments into development of science in The Russian Federation.

[The financial mechanisms in health care system and medical services].

The article considers financial mechanisms applied in provision of medical services in the Russian health care system. The data concerning the structure of state financing and personal expenses of Russian citizens in health care system is presented. The financial resources in the Russian health care system are formed on the basis of mixed model consisting of personal funds of citizens (private sources of financing) and public funds allocated by budget system to implement the program of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens. Nowadays, the citizens have an opportunity to pay the cost of medical services directly when applying to medical organizations and through medical insurance organization, purchasing voluntary medical insurance policy and visiting medical organizations when insurance case occurred. The key goal of financial policy in concerning health care is the implementation of directions contributing to increase of financial sources in the system of medical services provision, population health support and improving efficiency of financial mechanisms application. The effectiveness of use of financial resources in health care determines the efficiency of impact of financial policy on national economy.
