ABSTRACT

A rare complication of the use of radiotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer is the development of osteosarcoma secondary to radiation. This entity usually develops in the osseous thoracic structures. We present a rare case of extraskeletal osteosarcoma, localized in the cellular tissue over the pectoral muscle, associated with radiotherapy after radical mastectomy
