ABSTRACT

In modern conditions the most rational approach to medicinal support is an optimal combination of nomenclature of ready drugs and drugs prepared extemporary. Independently of the place where the drugs are prepared (industrial production or preparation under conditions of drugstores) they should correspond to the following requirements: to have therapeutic effectiveness, to be harmless for patient and injection solutions (IS) should be sterile, apyretic and with minimal microbial contamination before thermal sterilization. At present it can be achieved only with the wide use of semiautomatic or automatic equipment for IS preparation arranged into technological complexes. Such complexes are home-produced. Besides The Main Military Medical Headquarters has created the complex, which can be used in stationary and field conditions. The use of technological complexes for IS preparation provides their adequate quality and contributes to budget economy at the expense of decreased purchases of IS produced in the factories.

ABSTRACT

The beginning of Russian pharmaceutical education reform requires the new approaches to organization of medical supply specialists' training. The specialized training of medical supply managerial staff for the Armed Forces is conducted in the department of military medical supply and pharmaceutics in the Kirov Military Medical Academy. The completion of pre-graduation training of such specialists is conducted in the Tomsk military medical institute. The reserve officers are trained in the faculties of military education in the Sechenov Moscow medical academy, etc., in the departments of military and extreme medicine in medical higher schools having pharmaceutical faculties. At present the post-graduation training of medical supply specialists is conductedin the departments of the Kirov Military Medical Academy, the Tomsk military medical institute and the State Institute for Physicians' Advanced Training. Realization of pre-graduation conception of military pharmacists' training will require the development of a new list of posts of medical supply specialists in the Armed Forces medical service and clear regular measures for their appropriate use.

ABSTRACT

For a long period of existence the medical service equipment table system (ETS) in RF Armed Forces has proved its significance in organization of support of troops and naval forces with medical property during the wartime. However the modern opinion concerning the character of the armed struggle, organization and tactics of army and navy medical service require the scientifically substantiated revision of ETS. It is necessary for bringing the contents of first-aid boxes, bags and medical kits into line with the problems standing before the stages of medical evacuation during rendering medical care to the wounded and patients. The analysis of use of medical kits (first-aid boxes, bags) available in the federal troop concentrations, units, subunits in "hot" foci has proved the urgency of problem connected with ETS further improvement and its optimal solution in accordance with the level of military medicine development.

ABSTRACT

Nowadays drug stores of military-and-field medical organizations use the method of distillation for obtaining cleaned water and water for injection and use distillators as a technical means, which does not ensure that the water obtained has stated indices of quality. It was found out that it is the most efficient to use the technology basing on the complex usage of filtering, osmotic, ionic processes for obtaining cleaned water and water for injection from surface natural springs, which ensures minimal usage of resources and energy and the unity of constructional and technological peculiarities of cleaning water methods.

ABSTRACT

To solve the problem of more effective preparation of infusion solutions in field conditions is impossible without conduction of research and experimental-and-designers' work. The main direction of such work is creation of modern means of infusion solution packing with the use of polymeric materials (containers); the sterilization complex with filtering and aseptic dosed pouring of infusion solutions into containers; the water-obtaining installation for injections in field conditions from natural sources. Besides a set of technical means (the complex for infusion solution preparation in polymeric containers, the water-obtaining installation for injections in field conditions, etc.) should be created. Also it is necessary to have the mobile technical means (the field laboratory of infusion solutions) that allows conducting all measures for mass preparation of infusion solutions in polymeric containers under field conditions.

ABSTRACT

The problem of differential approach in organization of treatment of servicemen who can be returned to their ranks without being evacuated away from Army (Front) zone occupies an important place among the questions of reorganization of the existing medico-evacuation system. This complicated problem cannot be solved without application of effective medications and organization of opportune and adequate supplies with all types of medical equipment. The experience of tactico-special exercises has shown that task could be solved successfully by pharmaceutical section of a hospital for minimally wounded. The organic structure of this section is the following: chief of the section, pharmacist, chemist, medical assistant and practical nurse-washer. Besides standard pharmaceutical facilities new equipment and devices based on up-to-date technologies were used during the exercises.
