ABSTRACT

It is established, that chronic alcoholic defeat of hepatobiliarity sistems leads to infringement of cognitive functions at posterity. At the given group of animals revealed distress of memory and ability to orientation in space in the conditions of Morris water maze is, the research behavior is oppressed. Besides, the animals, born from mothers with chronic alcoholic defeat of hepatobiliarity systems have raised free-radical activity, which plays an important role in maintenance of adaptive possibilities of a brain.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this work was studying of morphology of a brain and the analysis of behavior at posterity of females of rats with a chronic alcoholic intoxication. As object of research were taken 60-day animals received from mothers with chronic alcoholic injury of hepatobiliary systems. During certain time (1.5 months) the part of animals grew in standard conditions, and another--in the "enriched" environment. The behavior analysis was spent in the open field test. Also was carried out research of a thickness of a cortex and a molecular layer of a forebrain. Work included three series of experiments. It is established, that the posterity of mothers with chronic injury of the hepatobiliary systems is characterized by the lowered motorial and research activity, increased by emotional reactivity that is accompanied by changes of structure of a cortex. The long finding of "alcoholic" animals in the "enriched" environment within 1.5 months promoted increasing of motorial and research activity, emotional reactance, change of structure of a cortex.

ABSTRACT

Analysis of exploratory behavior of the offspring of female rats with chronic alcohol-induced injury to the hepatobiliary system demonstrates reduced exploratory activity in the object recognition test. Results of the test with a novel object confirm these findings and suggest that the offspring of alcoholized animals showed increased anxiety at the visual contact with the novel object due to impaired memory expressed in the development of short-term memory.

ABSTRACT

It was established, that the chronic experimental hepatobiliary systems alcohol induced pathology of female rats caused infringement of spatial differentiation development in their posterity in Morris water maze. In experimental infant rats it was revealed the increase of time of platform fin ding in a water Morris task, lengths of trajectory of movement, increase of time of stay near walls (thigmotaxis) and speed of movement reduction, the latent period of zones of start leaving and efficiency of way index.

ABSTRACT

The research was carried out in 60 days old posterity of female rats which suffer chronic alcohol-induced liver injury. In this work we studied motivational element of sexual behavior under conditions of "barrier" experiment. Intensity of sexual motivational behavior was estimated by the change of activity near the barrier, under which there was a receptive oestrous female. The appearance of sexual activity with the animals under experiment was estimated in the experiment of direct interaction of sexual partners. It was found, that "alcoholic" animals have the symptoms of malfunction of sexual motivation formation. The experiment shows that males which had mothers with chronic alcohol-induced hepatobiliary system injury have the deviations of sexual behavior display. These deviations show the weak form of sexual behavior induction of "alcoholic" males that can be the result of nervous system disorders.
