[Miliary lung metastases of hepatocarcinoma: a rare form of presentation of the disease]. / Metástasis pulmonares miliares de hepatocarcinoma: forma infrecuente de presentación de la enfermedad.

The radiological demonstration of lung metastasis in hepatocarcinoma is a rare manifestation. The occurrence in a miliary pattern fashion is exceptional and even more so if it is the initial clinical feature. A case with all these clinical features is presented.

We present three cases of double pylorus, one of them of iatrogenic origin, the latter entity being extremely rare. Likewise we review the etiopathogenic theories.

[Adrenal gland myelolipoma]. / Mielolipoma suprarrenal.

We report a case of adrenal myelolipoma with no endocrine activity, that was diagnosed preoperatively by CT because of its characteristic fatty composition. The clinical and radiologic findings are described, and the literature on this uncommon disease entity is reviewed.
