Contribuições da psicanálise à atuação na clínica cardiológica / Contributions of psychoanalysis to performance at the cardiology clinic

O presente ensaio tem como objetivo refletir sobre as contribuições psicanalíticas à atuação do psicólogo/psicanalista na clínica cardiológica a partir de uma breve articulação e discussão teóricas. Lançou-se mão de compreensões tais quais a inserção do analista no hospital, o corpo adoecido para a psicanálise e os principais aspectos subjetivos presentes na clínica cardiológica. Concluiu-se que o cerne das contribuições psicanalíticas à problemática é o oferecimento de possibilidade de acesso ao simbólico, diante de conteúdos difíceis de ser elaborados, que emergem a partir do processo de adoecimento.

This essay aims to reflect on the psychoanalytic contributions to the role of the psychologist/psychoanalyst in the cardiology clinic from a brief articulation and theoretical discussion. Understandings such as the insertion of the analyst in the hospital, the sick body for psychoanalysis and the main subjective aspects present in the cardiology clinic were used. It was concluded that the core of psychoanalytic contributions to the problem is the possibility of providing access to the symbolic, in view of content that is difficult to elaborate, which emerge from the illness process.

Angústia: o afeto que não engana / Anguish: the failure to do it

A angústia é um afeto norteador da clínica psicanalítica, sem representação e da ordem do real, por isso um afeto que não engana. Nesse contexto, este artigo tem por objetivo realizar um breve percurso do conceito de angústia construído por Lacan no Seminário 10, bem como compreender suas nuances, que em muitos momentos se configuram como um enigma a ser desvendado tanto na teoria quanto na clínica psicanalítica(AU)

Anguish is a guiding affection of the psychoanalytic clinic, being without representation, of the order of the real, for that reason an affection that does not deceive. In this context, this article aimed to make a brief review of Lacan 's concept of anguish in seminary 10, as well as to understand its nuances, which in many moments are configured as an enigma to be unveiled both in theory and psychoanalytic clinic(AU)

Uma perspectiva psicanalítica sobre a transitoriedade: análise da personagem Vivian do filme “Uma lição de vida” / A psychoanalytic perspective on transitoring: caring for the end of life

Este trabalho é um estudo psicanalítico feito sob a perspectiva do complexo cenário da saúde. Aborda o tema da oncologia e dos cuidados paliativos no hospital e coloca em tela recortes de cenas do filme Uma lição de vida (2001). O tema foi discutido a partir de conceitos como desamparo, angústia, transferência, luto e transitoriedade, abordados por Freud em sua obra e por comentadores contemporâneos. Desse modo, pretendeu-se investigar as repercussões psíquicas relacionadas à terminalidade e à hospitalização da paciente Vivian, bem como analisar seu processo de luto frente à possibilidade iminente de morte. Para tanto, foram utilizados três recortes de cenas do filme. Fez-se interessante neste percurso a interlocução entre a psicanálise, o hospital e o cinema constituindo-se em um encontro possível, ao desvelar o universo simbólico da protagonista.(AU)

This work is a psychoanalytic study made from the perspective of the complex health scenario. It addresses the topic of oncology and palliative care at the hospital and features screenings of scenes from the film “A Life Lesson” (2001). The theme was discussed on the basis of concepts such as helplessness, anguish, transference, mourning and transience, which were approached by Freud in his work and by contemporary commentators. In this way, it was intended to investigate the psychic repercussions related to the terminality and hospitalization of the Vivian patient, as well as to analyze the mourning process of this patient in face of the imminent possibility of death. To do so, three cuts of scenes of the film were used. It was interesting in this way the perception of how the interlocution between psychoanalysis, hospital and cinema constituting a possible encounter, when unveiling the symbolic universe of the protagonist.(AU)
