ABSTRACT
The article discusses the results of studying the impedance of a contracting skeletal muscle in normal blood supply and in various forms of ischemia. From analysis of the authors' own findings and the literature data it is concluded that intravascular movement of blood is the main contributor to changes of electroconductivity of a skeletal muscle during its contraction.
