ABSTRACT

Medical progress and to optimize the management of health is largely dependent upon the effectiveness of the modernization of education and science. The primary objective in this regard is the creation of a new management model clinics. International experience has confirmed the effectiveness of the cluster approach. Another important development is the transition to single-channel financing, improving the monitoring of the quality of medical care. To solve these problems it is necessary to develop a model management model clinic based on modern technologies of strategic management and information technology, optimizations of economic activity, social monitoring system of public satisfaction with the quality of medical care.

ABSTRACT

Poor health-care system of Ukraine was the impetus for radical reform of the industry through the introduction of family medicine as a primary care for population. This led to the necessity for rapid training of the specialists and the development of special training programs in medical universities. Teachers have a problem to form a work model of general practitioners in severe diagnostic cases, which is especially important in the case of septic lesions of the nervous system.

ABSTRACT

Epidemiology information which testify to prevalence syndrome of chronic ustalostti (SV) is resulted in the article, and from some data this diagnosis is covered at more than 20% patients which carried neyroinfection. SV meets more frequent only in age 40-59, thus for women a disease is marked in 4 times more frequent, than for men. Today etiology of disease remains unknown, but the value of genetic, immunological factors, pathogens, neurogenic violations and features of feed is examined. Possibility of infectious etiology SV causes considerable interest of researchers, but at first this syndrome was examined as a sharp viral infection, where the most reliable exciter is consider the virus of Epshteyna-barr. Using of intravenous introduction of globulin for SV carries experimental character and grounded on a hypothesis about immunological or infectious etiology of this disease.

ABSTRACT

Composition of fatty acids of total lipids in home strains of campylobacteria has been studied. Lipids of all the strains of C. jejuni and C. coli mainly consist of saturated fatty acids (from 75.7 to 78.7%) with predominance of tetradecanoic and hexadecanoic fatty acids. The level of unsaturated fatty acids is considerably lower (from 21.0 to 22.5%); These acids are mainly presented by hexadecene acid. Qualitative composition of fatty acids of total lipids in C. jejuni and C. coli does not permit using it for differentiation within these species.

ABSTRACT

The authors studied the effect of a number of carbohydrates on the sporogenesis of Clostridium perfringens and Bacillus anthracis (vaccine strain STI) as probable soil factors capable of influencing the duration of survival of these causative agents in the external environment. Differences in the effect of the same sugars on the formation of spores by these microorganisms and clearly expressed sporogenesis-inhibiting effect of glucose (and also of lactose in clostridia) have been demonstrated. The analysis of the peculiarities of sporogenesis under unadjusted and stabilized pH values provides a basis for regarding the "glucose effect" as repression of sporogenesis in the given causative agent, but not as inhibition resulting from considerable acidification of the culture medium. This is essential for the soil conditions characterized by high buffer capacity. The ecological value of substances of carbohydrate nature consists in their important role in the energetics and trophicity of microbial coenoses of the soil which cannot fail reflecting on the fate of pathogenic microorganisms in the soil.

ABSTRACT

Investigations carried out with the use of the mapping method have revealed that the distribution of localities with stationary unfavorable situation in anthrax throughout the area is linked with the agrochemical properties of soils. The number of the foci of anthrax on neutral and weakly alkaline soils has proved to be considerably higher than in soils with low pH values. No relationship between the content of humus in soils and the distribution of localities with stationary unfavorable situation in anthrax throughout the area has been detected. The results of investigations carried out with the use of the mapping method permit experts to make forecasts and to examine the ecological aspects of the projects carried out in the area.
