ABSTRACT
The authors describe the seldom forthcoming symptoms of a case of emphysematous cholecystitis with pneumobilia. They give an illustration of this particular form of acute cholecystitis, of which the evolution, if not treated adequate and immediate, leads to a high morbidity and mortality.
