ABSTRACT

This article presents data regarding features of formation of hypocoagulation and hypercoagulation in patients with von Willebrand's disease and thrombophilia. It was shown that in case of Willebrand's disease the changes of hemodynamics and vasoregulation are of "compensatory" nature and aimed at maintaining hemostatic balance. Disorders of interaction between haemostasis and hemodynamics is observed at hematogenic thrombophilia, which leads to the progression of endothelial dysfunction and contributes to formation sustainable thrombophilic state.

ABSTRACT

The analysis and comparative characteristic of endothelial vasoregulation properties and elastic properties of a vascular wall in patients with von Willebrand's disease and platelet dysfunction is conducted in paper. Presence of vasomotion disorders is shown at von Willebrand's disease, whereas at platelet dysfunction the endothelial-dependent pathology of vasoregulation is not detected.

ABSTRACT

The goal of this research was to study some particular hemodynamic parameters and the endothelium-dependent vasodilation condition in patients with inherent forms of platelet dysfunction. The discovered changes in some particular hemodynamic blood stream characteristics increase the existing qualitative defect of platelets and have prohemorrhagic directivity.

ABSTRACT

Current views on state and main derangements of primary hemostasia in hematological patients are outlined in the article. The article discusses interaction peculiarities between main components of vascular-thrombocyte hemostasia such as: endothelium, thrombocytes, Willebrandt factor and hemodynamic effect. The author gives directions of further studies which will enable to clarify some mechanisms of development of thrombosis and bleeding.

ABSTRACT

The most characteristic hemorrhagic signs and frequency of their occurrence in mild and latent forms of coagulopathy and thrombocytopathy were analyzed. Recommendations were formulated on the diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of hemorrhagic syndrome during and after operation conduction.

ABSTRACT

Clinical criteria of diagnosis of mild and occult forms of coagulopathy and thrombocytopathy were discerned. It was established, that in such diseases the mixed type of hemorrhagic diathesis predominates. There were analyzed the most characteristic hemorrhagic signs and frequency of their occurrence in these forms of hemostasis pathology.

ABSTRACT

A total of 30 patients with multiple myeloma (MM) in the advanced stage of the disease course were examined. The results obtained suggest that in MM advanced stage blood leucocyte lymphoid population killer activity gets markedly depressed. Cyclophosphamide and prednisolone combined in monotherapy treatment of the condition make for the decrement in neutrophil cytotoxic function while polychemotherapy according to COP (combination of cyclophosphamide, vincristin and prednisolone) scheme results in predominant inhibition of lymphocyte killer activity.

ABSTRACT

A total of 49 patients with rheumatism running a sluggish course, were examined, as were those with decompensated tonsillitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and 20 essentially healthy subjects. In inactive rheumatism an increase in the killer activity of lymphocytes and augmentation of amounts of Fc+lymphocytes were revealed, which values were significantly different from those in the other groups. The detected changes in the activity of lymphocytes may serve as differential-diagnostic criteria.

ABSTRACT

Overall twenty patients with multiple myeloma (MM) were studied during the advanced stage of the disease before the initiation of the cytostatic therapy. The results obtained suggest that cytostatic drugs and prednizolon have suppressive action on blood leucocyte killer activity. Following in vitro vincristin exposure of MM patients' leucocytes cytolytic activity of blood leucocyte lymphoid population appeared to be suppressed whereas incubation of leucocytes with the solution of cyclophosphane leads to preponderant decrease in the killer function of neutrophils. In vitro prednizolon exposure of MM patients' leucocytes results in suppression of activity of the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.

ABSTRACT

A study was made of cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes and neutrophils in the peripheral blood of 16 patients with advanced stage Kahler's disease, 4 patients in terminal stage, 14 patients with advanced stage chronic lymphoid leukosis, and 6 patients in the terminal stage disease. It has been shown that the level of cytotoxic activity of leucocytes in tumor diseases on the immunity B-system is a criterion for the extent to which the tumor process has been disseminated.
