ABSTRACT
Two new species of the leafhopper genus Idioscopus Baker are described from China: Idioscopusbihamulus sp. nov. and I.ventrispinus sp. nov., the latter recorded on a species of Myrica L. (Myricaceae) as its host plant. A key and checklist to species of the genus from China are provided and Idioscopustaiwanus Huang & Maldonado-Capriles, 1992 is placed as a junior synonym of Idioscopusclypealis (Lethierry, 1889), syn. nov.
ABSTRACT
A new leafhopper genus and species, Anzihelus bistriatus Yan & Yang, gen. nov. sp. nov. (Cicadellidae, Mileewinae, Mileewini) is described from Sichuan Province, China. Habitus images and figures of the male and female genitalia are provided together with a key to the genera of Mileewini from China.
ABSTRACT
Keys to all levels of the subfamily Deltocephalinae (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae) of Pakistan are provided based on published records and original data from recent research. Checklists to the genera and species of Deltocephalinae are also given. A total of 49 genera with more than 100 species are now known from Pakistan. Two new synonyms are proposed, i.e., Cicadulinastriata Ahmed, 1986 a junior synonym of Cicadulinachinai Ghauri, 1965, syn. nov. and Macrostelesparafalcatus Naveed & Zhang, 2018 a new junior synonym of Macrostelesindrina (Pruthi, 1930), syn. nov.
ABSTRACT
The tropiduchid genera Epora Walker and Zema Fennah are recorded from Pakistan for the first time and Epora montana Distant is redescribed and illustrated.

A new leafhopper species Daochia fenestrata sp. nov. (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Deltocephalinae: Stegelytrini) from China is described with habitus photos and illustrations of male and female genitalia provided. In addition to its large and spectacular appearance the new species is unusual in having a transparent 'window-like' patch on the forewing. Another large, spectacularly marked species, Honguchia superba Wei Webb, 2010, from Sumatra (Indonesia) is transferred to Daochia as D. superba comb. nov.. A checklist and key to Chinese genera of Stegelytrini are provided.

A new species of the Old World leafhopper genus Drabescus Stål (Cicadellidae: Deltocephalinae: Drabescini), D. hainanensis sp. nov., is described from Hainan Province, southern China. Figures are also given for D. albofasciatus Cai He and D. nitens Stål and a checklist and key to species of the genus from China are provided.

Three new species of the leafhopper tribe Drabescini: Drabescusbilaminatus sp. n., Drabescusmultipunctatus sp. n., and Paraboloponarobustipenis sp. n. are described and illustrated from southern China. A key and checklist to the species of Parabolopona are also provided.
ABSTRACT
The thread-legged assassin bug species Ploiaria anak Distant, 1909 (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Reduviidae: Emesinae) from India is redescribed based on recently collected material from Pune District, India. Notes on the biology of the species and a key to species of the genus from India are provided. A lectotype is designated for P. anak. Both P. nuda and P. nude appear in the original description of the Ploiaria species described by Ravichandran Livingstone (1989); nuda is selected as the correct original spelling. As this name is a junior homonym of P. nuda Miller, 1950, it is replaced by the new name P. raviaspinosa nom. nov.

The planthopper genus Neodurium Fennah is reviewed and Neoduriumfennahi Chang & Chen, sp. n. (Hemiptera: Fulgoromorpha: Issidae) from China (Yunnan), is described and illustrated. A checklist of the species of Neodurium is given and a key provided for their separation. The female genitalia of Neodurium species are described for the first time.
ABSTRACT
Two species in the genus Rihirbus Stål are recognized, redescribed and illustrated. The diagnosis of the genus is slightly modified. The deposition information of Miller's type specimens is corrected. Rihirbus trochantericus Stål is newly recorded from Cambodia, Laos, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam. A key for the identification of species of Rihirbus is provided. The sexual dimorphism and polymorphism of this genus are briefly noted.

The new genus Spartidelphax is described to house three species removed from the polyphyletic genus Delphacodes. The members of Spartidelphax are coastal species native to eastern North America, and probably feed exclusively on cordgrass (Poaceae, Spartina Schreb.). The taxonomy and nomenclature of the included species (viz. Spartidelphaxdetectus, Spartidelphaxluteivittus, and Spartidelphaxpenedetectus) are reviewed. Spartidelphaxluteivittus is a nomen dubium, whose type material is inadequate to provide diagnostic features contrasting with Spartidelphaxdetectus and Spartidelphaxpenedetectus. Diagnoses and a key are provided for the remaining Spartidelphax.
ABSTRACT
Newly collected male and female specimens of the leafhopper Kolla albescens Jacobi, 1943 from the type-locality (Northeast China), are identified as Pagaronia albescens (Jacobi), comb. n. (Evacanthinae: Pagaroniini). A redescription of the species is provided together with habitus photographs of the male and female and illustrations of the male and female genitalia. P. continentalis Anufriev, 1970 is placed as a junior synonym of P. albescens syn. n.
ABSTRACT
The leafhopper genus Dusuna Distant is revised to include seven species including one new species D. anacantha sp. nov. from China and one new combination D. distanti (Schmidt) n. comb. All species are described and illustrated. A checklist to species of the genus is provided together with a key to separate the two species known from the male. Figures of an unknown species from Malaysia (possibly new) are also included.
