ABSTRACT

Students' evaluation of teaching is a teaching quality evaluation method and teacher performance evaluation tool commonly used in Chinese and foreign universities, and it is also a controversial hot issue in the field of teaching evaluation. At present, the research results of students' evaluation of teaching in higher education are relatively rich, mainly focusing on reliability, validity and its influencing factors, construction of index system, problems in practical application and improvement strategies. The purpose of this article is to study the relevant research results of the current Chinese and foreign academic circles, in order to provide useful inspiration for the construction of the index system and practical application of the ideological and political theory course evaluation and teaching of Chinese college students.

ABSTRACT

The elasto-magnetic method is a promising pathway for cable force monitoring in cable-stayed bridges. Under the action of an externally applied pulsed magnetic field, both the variation in the main flux recorded by the induction coil and the localized surface magnetic field measured by the packaged magnetic sensor are typical signals for observing the elasto-magnetic effect in tensioned cables. However, the performances of the parameters extracted from the two types of elasto-magnetic signals are never strictly compared in the experiment. Meanwhile, comprehensive indicators for evaluating the ability of elasto-magnetic parameters on cable force characterization are seldom discussed. As a result, it is difficult to compare the performances of elasto-magnetic devices developed by different teams, and the pathway of seeking new parameters for cable force monitoring is obstructed. In this study, elasto-magnetic calibration experiments were performed on a cable of seven-wire steel strands to simultaneously measure the variation in the main flux and the localized surface magnetic field. Comprehensive indicators considering sensitivity, hysteresis error, and cable force resolution are proposed to examine the performances of classic elasto-magnetic parameters and new candidate ones. Through comparative study, two new parameters demonstrated outstanding ability for cable force measurement, and they are the minimum amplitude of the induced voltage and the area under the curve between two points of 3 dB height of the voltage measured by a Hall sensor. The latter is recommended for high-performance cable force monitoring from the perspective of simplicity in sensor configuration.

ABSTRACT

In the era of the knowledge economy that is filled with intense competition, formal closed innovation can no longer meet the market demand. The enterprise needs to implement open innovation involving external resources. The concept of open innovation emphasizes both the use of internal and external resources in the process of enterprise innovation and the use of internal and external markets to promote the commercial application of innovation achievements. With the rapid development of Internet technology, enterprises must build an open innovation ecosystem of benefits-sharing, identify, connect, and utilize external innovation resources, and be committed to creating an open innovation ecosystem without organizational boundaries. Enterprises should pay attention to coordinating the relationships among the innovation ecosystem members, eliminating heterogeneous barriers between enterprises and their partners, and enhancing their cooperative innovation ability with external organizations. It is also necessary to build a collaborative innovation platform convenient for the release and acquisition of innovation information, the collection of customer needs and related ideas, and the full use of external resources for innovation. In particular, it is necessary to guide users and related resources to the innovation platform, realize the maximum effect of resource aggregation, and promote customer demand-oriented new product development. Through building an open innovation ecosystem and a collaboration platform, it is helpful for enterprises to seek all kinds of technical and resource support, enhance their ability of independent innovation, promote the emergence of many innovative achievements, and realize value co-creation and win-win cooperation with partners.
