ABSTRACT

New alveolar Bone vs. Native alveolar Bone ot Cobayos. This survey has the aim to know the cronological changes of new bone of cobayos. This regenerated bone was clinically screened after using clorhexidine 0.12 por ciento, collagen membrane loaded with it, 10 and 13 mg of doxyciclyne solution and collagen loaded with them. The sample was formed by six cobayos and the reentry was done after four weeks. We had observed the histological characteristics: citoplasm, woven bone, wide and numerous marrow spaces, incremental and traverse lines and multi-nucleated osteoclasts. Native bone had a dense lamellar bone, with reduced marrow spaces and a low basophilic citoplasm.

Sacarosa is degradated in fructanos and dextrans which stores carbohydrates in Dental Plaque. We had also used ligatures and amalgam fillings to retain plaque. We had clinical signs of gingivitis since y 7th day. This survey lasted a month. We could see, bleeding, redness swelled gums and gingival recession as days went ori.
