ABSTRACT

The scarcity of medical resources is a fundamental problem worldwide; the development of information technology and the Internet has given birth to online health care, which has alleviated the above problem. The survival and sustainable development of the online health community requires users to continuously disclose their health and privacy. Therefore, it is a great practical significance to find out the factors and mechanisms that promote users' self-disclosure in the online health community. From the perspective of individual and situation interaction, this study constructed influencing factors model of health privacy information self-disclosure. Finally, we collected 264 valid samples from the online health community through online and offline questionnaire surveys and then use the SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, scale reliability and validity analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The main findings are as follows: trust in websites and trust in doctors reduce the privacy concern. The privacy trade-off will not occur when trust is enough to offset the privacy concerns caused by personalized services, reciprocity norms, and other factors. Second, reciprocity norms are inevitably compulsive, which will increase privacy concerns. However, based on voluntariness, reciprocity norms can enhance user trust. Third, service quality caused by personalized services not only enhance the social rewards of users but also eliminate the privacy concern. Fourth, users' health privacy attention and information sensitivity are too high to decrease the influence of user' privacy concerns on personal health privacy information disclosure. The conclusions of this paper will help us to supplement privacy calculus theory and the application scope of the attention-based view. The proposed strategy of this article can be used to stimulate the information contribution behavior of users and improve the medical service capabilities in online health community.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To learn the characteristics of drowning deaths and potential years of life lost(PYLL)among residents in Zhoushan, and to provide basis for formulating drowning prevention and control measures. @*Methods@#The death surveillance data in Zhoushan from 2009 to 2018 were collected from Zhejiang Chronic Disease Surveillance Information Management System. Demographic features, causes of drowning, life and labor lost due to drowning were analyzed through indicators such as mortality, standardized mortality, early death index,PYLL and working potential years of life lost(WPYLL). @*Results@#The crude and standardized drowning mortality of Zhoushan residents were 7.97/100 000 and 4.68/100 000. The drowning mortality showed a decreasing trend from 2009 to 2018(P<0.05). The mortality of drowning in males was 8.03/100 000,which was higher than 1.33/100 000 in females(P<0.05). Totally 322 deaths from drowning were fishery workers, accounting for 41.44%. The main cause of drowning death in residents aged 0-14 years,15-29 years and 65 years or above was accidental fall, accounting for 36.11%(13 cases),23.91%(11 cases)and 14.40%(47 cases),respectively. The main cause of drowning death in residents aged 30-44 years and 45-64 years was ship accident, accounting for 33.33%(58 cases)and 36.01%(130 cases),respectively. PYLL and WPYLL caused by drowning death were 22 511 and 11 911 person-years,of which residents aged 30 to 64 years were accounted for 73.33% and 70.55%. The early death index was 28.97. @*Conclusion@#Drowning mortality in Zhoushan showed an downward trend from 2009 to 2018. Men and fishery workers are at higher risk of death from drowning. Drowning can lead to serious life loss, especially for population aged 30-64 years.

ABSTRACT

Xizicus Gorochov, 1993, the quiet-calling katydid, is a diverse genus with 68 species in world, which includes more than 45 species in China, has undergone numerous taxonomic revisions with contradicting conclusions. In this study the complete mitochondrial genome of Xizicus (Haploxizicus) maculatus collected from Hainan for the first time was sequenced using the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology. The length of whole mitogenome is 16,358 bp and contains the typical gene arrangement, base composition, and codon usage found in other related species. The overall base composition of the mitochondrial genome is 37.0 % A, 32.2 % T, 20.2 % C, and 10.6 % G. All 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs) began with typical ATN initiation codon. Nine of the 13 PCGs have a complete termination codon, but the remaining four genes (COI, COIII, ND5, and ND4) terminate with an incomplete T. Phylogenetic analyses are carried out based on the concatenated dataset of 13 PCGs and two rRNAs of Tettigoniidae species available in GenBank. Both Bayesian inference and Maximum Likelihood analyses recovered each subfamily as a monophyletic group. Regardless of the position of Lipotactinae, the relationships among the subfamilies of Tettigoniidae were as follows: ((((Tettigoniinae, Bradyporinae) Meconematinae) Conocephalinae) Hexacentrinae). The topological structure of the phylogeny trees showed that the Xizicus (Haploxizicus) maculatus is closer to Xizicus (Xizicus) fascipes than Xizicus (Eoxizicus) howardi.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the value of endobronchial ultrasound-guided ultrathin bronchoscope(EUGUB) and methylene blue positioning video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) for small pulmonary nodules. Methods Sixty patients undergoing VATS, using pre-operative EUGUB combination with methylene blue was performed .The positioning accuracy, the complications and pathological classification were analyzed .Results EUGUB combination with methylene blue positioning ac-curacy was 91.7%, meanwhile, 2 patients with hemoptysis with no conservative treatment. The postoperative histological pa-thology results showed that benign lesions and malignant lesions accounted for 28.3% and 71.7%, respectively. Conclusion The method of EUGUB combination with methylene blue in positioning of the small pulmonary nodules increases the achieve-ment ratio of VATS with few complications, and may be widely used in treatment of small pulmonary nodules with VATS.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the correlation between atlE gene and biofilm formation of Staphylococcus epidermidis . Methods 64 strains of clinically isolated Staphylococcus epidermidis in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were collected . The biofilm formation test was used to detect bacterial biofilm .PCR was use to amplify atlE gene .Then the correlation between the atlE gene with biofilm formation was analyzed .Results 24 strains of biofilm positive bacterium were detected ,the detection rate was 37 .5% ;31 strains of atlE gene was detected ,the detection rate was 48 .4% ;atlE gene was significantly correlated to biofilm formation(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Staphylococcus epidermidis has the ability to form biofilm ;atlE gene has a relation with biofilm formation of Staphylococcus epidermidis .
