ABSTRACT
Analyzed are the literature in the field of development and use nanobiophotonic technologies for laser and personalized medicine. Arguably, the origins of nanobiophotonic are closely tied in the first experimental realization of near-field optics, which enabled optical imaging beyond the diffraction limit. The information about the gist of nanobiophotonics and other photon-associations technologies (photonics, nanophotonics, biophotonics, nanooptics, plasmonics, nanospectroscopy, laser and personalized medicine) is summarized. Nanobiophotonics is the use of light to image, probe and manipulate biological materials. The particular strength of nanobiophotonics is thet in ideal case it retains of the light for permits live cell sensing. The area of nanobiophotonics technologies is too broad to possible capture all aspects nano-analitic directions and biomedical research within the last years.

Medical mobile clinics (MMK) have several advantages: autonomous functioning, rapid reacting, mobility and universality, availability and also possibility of providing of medicare even in the most difficult of access and remote districts. For 2 the movable medical brigade of MMK is do more than 30 departures in 25 districts of six areas of Ukraine (Chernovithky, Nicolajevsky, Zhitomirsky and other regions), more than 6000 ultrasonic studies are undertaken, is carried out on nosologies with providing of consultative help narrow specialists. High efficiency of echography is confirmed as the first instrumental method of research at the inspection of wide layers of villagers resident in remote settlements. For a population development of pharm services appeared a comfortable help in the points of work of departure brigade of medicare, and also programs of humanitarian help.

This review covers the molecular-cellular mechanisms of therapeutic action of light and magnetic field on blood components, blood vessels and the microcirculation system. Noted the role of the magnetic field as a trigger of vasodilation/vasoconstriction, depending on the initial vascular tone. Discussed the importance of NO-dependent effects of magnetic field on the microcirculatory response and angiogenesis.

This paper reviews the modern proteomic technologies used in arrhythmology. The authors discuss the methods of the proteomic analysis as a supplement to the analysis of gene structure and gene expression. Modern molecular-genetic technologies (cell therapy, gene therapy) enable to optimize treatment by controlling the origin and development of cardiac arrhythmias. It will be reached with the use of biological pacemaker cells in clinics.

A literature review considers apoptosis-related immunological aspects of chronic heart failure (CHF). Scientific data on the induction of cardiomiocyte apoptosis, NO and immune factors--cytokines in the development of CHF and remodeling of myocardium were analyzed. Modern approaches of therapy for patients with CHF were discussed in the article. They include combined correction of functioning mechanisms of neurohumoral systems and elimination of adverse effects of apoptosis--associated cytokine "aggression".

The authors present and discuss a survey of published papers on medical care price formation. Economic analysis methods, socio-economic aspects of evaluation of medical care cost and effectiveness of different kinds of treatment were considered. Planning the volume of medical care in health care institutions strongly recommends perfecting the price formation by optimising calculation method and developing treatment and prophylaxis protocols.

Apoptosis initiated in cells of tissues maintaining homeostasis under the influence of growth factors and hormones has been recently described during the early stage of myocardial infarction in the reperfusion zone of the cardiac muscle. Although it has been proved that apoptosis of cardiomyocytes plays one of the key roles in progression of the reperfusion syndrome, molecular and cellular mechanisms of this phenomenon are not yet resolved. Prospects are discussed of a new trend in preventive treatment of ischemic and reperfusion-related affection of the myocardium relying upon blocking of apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.

Antiarrhythmic action of He-Ne laser in combination with novocainamid and cordaron has been tried in the framework of the program on combined treatment of tachyarrhythmia. He-Ne laser irradiation has been found to optimize in refractory patients the effect of novocainamid which arrests the paroxysms and of cordarone which prevents paroxysms of atrial tachycardia, fibrillation, flutter.

The psychological structure was studied in 120 patients with paroxysmal disorders of the cardiac rhythm. Anxiety, obsessive-phobic, neurasthenic and ergopathic syndromes were singled out. It was established that psychological aspects of personality of the patients depended on the course of paroxysmal disorders of the rhythm and influence the number of arrhythmia triggering that often reduced the grade of medicosocial adaptation. Psychological preparation of these patients to laser treatment may be achieved by rational psychotherapy. Details of such psychotherapy are discussed.

The cocarcinogenic effect of chronic influenza infection was shown to be mediated by M-cholinergic structures. Administration of a M-anticholinergic agent in low dose at the key stages of chronic influenza infection development was followed by a nearly complete suppression of its cocarcinogenic action. N-anticholinergic agents failed to exert such effect.
