ABSTRACT

Lymphocytes phospholipid membranes fatty acid spectrum was studied in patients with coronary heart disease. The study involved 77 patients aged 45 to 72 years. Significant decrease of the oleic fatty acid relative content was determined, which violates the lymphocytes membranes structure and possibly negatively affect their functioning. The relative content of arachidonic, palmitic and stearic saturated fatty acids composition of lymphocytes lipids increased. The result indicate that in patients with coronary heart disease increasing polyunsaturated fatty acids elongation in lymphocytes. These changes in the lipid blood, lymphocytes state can explain the observed increase in lymphocytes functional activity.

ABSTRACT

The modern cardiology pays much attention to research of myocardial ischemia, especially painless myocardial ischemia as the problem of sudden coronary death. Findings from the current study suggest that antianginal therapy which includes antiaggregant and anticoagulant is effective because of decreasing general myocardial ischemia and its painless form.

ABSTRACT

The coronary circulation dysfunction in patients with unstable angina pectoris causes development of ventricular and supraventricular cardiac rhythm disorders. Findings from the current study suggest that antianginal therapy of patients with acute coronary syndrome which includes antiaggregant and anticoagulant is effective in the treatment of extrasystolic arrhythmias.

ABSTRACT

Determined the decrease in dopamine activity with age, that contributes to the pathogenesis of hypertension, abdominal obesity, the development of left ventricular hypertrophy. The article presents information describing the age-sensitive regulation of the cardiovascular system in elderly people, confirming the influence of the activity of dopamine receptors in the development of age pathology.

ABSTRACT

We performed an analysis of scientific studies about arterial stiffness impacting on cardiovascular diseases and special mechanisms of its developing. One of these mechanisms is hypoxie endothelial damage. Pulse pressure, aortic pulse wave velocity, the shape of the blood pressure curve, rheography, rheovasography are the methods for determinating arterial stiffness.

ABSTRACT

Ischemic heart desease (IHD) remains actual issue of the current clinical medicine, because, IHD takes a leading position among reasons of death rate of population. Purpose of the study was to find diagnostic features of fat-acid composition of lipid of thrombocytes in patients with stable and unstable course of ischemic heart disease (IHD). 52 patients with an unstable angina pectoris aged 42-65 years and 31 patients with stable angina aged 41-66 years have been observed. Reliable changes in relation of the sum of saturated, unsaturated and poli-unsaturated of fat acids of phosphotides of thrombocytes in patients with unstable course of ischemic heart disease (IHD) have been detected. It improves knowledge about the mechanisms of destabilization of coronal circulation of blood.

ABSTRACT

Cardio-vascular diseases and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in the first place play the first role in the structure of diseases and mortality of world population. Effective method of diagnostics of ACS consists in detecting early and late biomarkers of myocardium necrosis. The article presents characteristics of such biomarkers indices as myoglobin, cardiotroponins, MB-fractions of creatine phosphokinase, cardio-form of protein, lactate dehydrogenase, aspartate aminotransferase. The authors described in the artcile diseases which are accomponied with increase in the level of cardiotroponins.

ABSTRACT

We have studied the influence of Etmosin medication on severity of IHD clinical presentations and comprised biliary motility in 162 patients aged 26 to 60. Dynamic echocholecystography (DECG) has been applied. The obtained data suggest using Etmosin in patients with ischemic heart disease and comprised biliary motility makes for normalizing tonus of the Odi sphincter and decreasing the rate of episodes of angina pectoris, although was not found any influence of Etmosin on gall-bladder motility. The use of Etmosin enables in patients with IHD and comprised biliary motility to decrease reflex angina pectoris.

ABSTRACT

Heart syndrome features associated with pain, the structure of myocardial ischemia and heart rate derangement were studied in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) and concomitant biliary dyskinesia (BD). It was established that BD considerably aggravates clinical course of IHD: increase in frequency of pain and painless episodes of myocardial ischemia in patients with stable exertional angina I-II functional classes by NYHA and single supraventricular and ventricular extrasystoles.

ABSTRACT

Corinfar-Retard efficacy in patients with hypertonic-hyperkinetic type of biliary dyskinesia has been studied. 56 patients aged 26 to 30 had been prescribed Corinfar-Retard in 20 mg per day for 7 days. Dynamic echocholecystography has applied. Decrease in contraction of gall bladder and normalization of tonic contraction of sphincter Ody was found in the patients with previously diagnosed hypertonic-hyperkinetic type of biliary dyskinesia after having been treated with Corinfar-Retard.
