ABSTRACT

In plantae, basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors (TFs) are widespread and regulate a variety of biological processes under abiotic stress. However, it has not been extensively studied in Rosaceae, and the functional effects of bZIP on Eriobotrya japonica under salt stress are still unknown. Therefore, in this study, the bZIP TF family of 12 species of Rosaceae was analyzed by bioinformatics method, and the expression profile and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction of E. japonica under salt stress were analyzed. The results showed that a total of 869 bZIP TFs were identified in 12 species of Rosaceae and divided into nine subfamilies. Differences in promoter cis-elements between subfamilies vary depending on their role. Species belonging to the same subfamily have a similar number of chromosomes and the number of genes contained on each chromosome. Gene duplication analysis has found segmental duplication to be a prime force in the evolution of Rosaceae species. In addition, nine EjbZIPs were significantly different, including seven up-regulated and two down-regulated in E. japonica under salt stress. Especially, EjbZIP13 was involved in the expression of SA-responsive proteins by binding to the NPR1 gene. EjbZIP27, EjbZIP30, and EjbZIP38 were highly expressed in E. japonica under salt stress, thus improving the salt tolerance capacity of the plants. These results can provide a theoretical basis for exploring the characteristics and functions of the bZIP TF family in more species and breeding salt-tolerant E. japonica varieties. It also provides a reference for resolving the response mechanism of bZIP TF in 12 Rosaceae species under salt stress.

ABSTRACT

The effectiveness of an elemental diet (ED) for preventing adverse events (AEs) during chemotherapy for patients with esophageal cancer (EC) remains unclear. The aim of this meta-analysis was to comprehensively assess the efficacy of ED for preventing AE in EC patients during chemotherapy. Medline (via PubMed), Embase, the Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were searched to retrieve prospective and randomized studies published before April 12, 2023. The odds ratio (OR) of each AE was calculated using Review Manger 5.4.1. The risk of bias was assessed, and a random effect model-based meta-analysis was used to analyze the available data. Four prospective and randomized studies involving 237 patients were identified after a systematic search. Regarding gastrointestinal toxicities, the findings indicated a trend toward a decrease in the risk of mucositis (OM) (OR = 0.54, 95 % CI: 0.25-1.14), constipation (OR = 0.87, 95 % CI: 0.49-1.53), and anorexia (OR = 0.99, 95 % CI: 0.32-3.05), as well as an increasing trend in the risk of diarrhea (OR = 1.48, 95 % CI: 0.79-2.79), among patients treated with ED. However, none of these reached statistical significance. For hematological toxicities, the risk of all-grade neutropenia (OR = 0.28, 95 % CI: 0.14-0.57), grade ≥ 2 leucopenia (OR = 0.43, 95 % CI: 0.22-0.84), grade ≥ 2 neutropenia (OR = 0.34, 95 % CI: 0.17-0.67), and grade ≥ 3 neutropenia (OR = 0.28, 95 % CI: 0.12-0.63) was significantly decreased. There is no firm evidence confirming the preventive effect of an ED against OM or diarrhea. However, an ED may potentially be helpful in preventing neutropenia and leucopenia.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: It is reported that CD123 + HLA-DR- cells in PBMC are basophils, and CD203c, CD63, and FcεRI molecules are activation markers of basophils. However, little is known of CD123 + HLA-DR-cells in blood granulocytes. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the presence of CD123 + HLA-DR- cells in the blood granulocytes and peripheral PBMC of patients with allergic rhinitis (AR), as well as the impact of allergens on the cell membrane markers of basophils. METHODS: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of the membrane molecules. RESULTS: While CD123 + HLA-DR- PBMCs are representative of basophils, their presence did not significantly change in patients with AR. In contrast, both the percentage and number of CD123 + HLA-DR- granulocytes, which make up only up to 50% of basophils, were significantly increased in patients with seasonal (sAR) and perennial AR (pAR). CD63+, CD203c+, and FcεRIα+ cells within CD123 + HLA-DR- granulocytes also showed enhanced activity in patients with AR. Allergen extracts from house dust mite allergen extract (HDME) and Artemisia sieversiana wild extract further increased the number of CD123 + HLA-DR- cells in granulocytes of sAR and pAR patients, as well as in PBMCs of pAR patients. CONCLUSIONS: The use of CD123 + HLA-DR- granulocytes and PBMC may not be sufficient for diagnosing AR. Allergens could potentially contribute to the development of AR by influencing the number of CD123 + HLA-DR- cells, as well as the expression of CD63, CD203c, and FcεRIαin these cells.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Plant-specific TIFY proteins are widely found in terrestrial plants and play important roles in plant adversity responses. Although the genome of loquat at the chromosome level has been published, studies on the TIFY family in loquat are lacking. Therefore, the EjTIFY gene family was bioinformatically analyzed by constructing a phylogenetic tree, chromosomal localization, gene structure, and adversity expression profiling in this study. RESULTS: Twenty-six EjTIFY genes were identified and categorized into four subfamilies (ZML, JAZ, PPD, and TIFY) based on their structural domains. Twenty-four EjTIFY genes were irregularly distributed on 11 of the 17 chromosomes, and the remaining two genes were distributed in fragments. We identified 15 covariate TIFY gene pairs in the loquat genome, 13 of which were involved in large-scale interchromosomal segmental duplication events, and two of which were involved in tandem duplication events. Many abiotic stress cis-elements were widely present in the promoter region. Analysis of the Ka/Ks ratio showed that the paralogous homologs of the EjTIFY family were mainly subjected to purifying selection. Analysis of the RNA-seq data revealed that a total of five differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were expressed in the shoots under gibberellin treatment, whereas only one gene was significantly differentially expressed in the leaves; under both low-temperature and high-temperature stresses, there were significantly differentially expressed genes, and the EjJAZ15 gene was significantly upregulated under both low- and high-temperature stress. RNA-seq and qRT-PCR expression analysis under salt stress conditions revealed that EjJAZ2, EjJAZ4, and EjJAZ9 responded to salt stress in loquat plants, which promoted resistance to salt stress through the JA pathway. The response model of the TIFY genes in the jasmonic acid pathway under salt stress in loquat was systematically summarized. CONCLUSIONS: These results provide a theoretical basis for exploring the characteristics and functions of additional EjTIFY genes in the future. This study also provides a theoretical basis for further research on breeding for salt stress resistance in loquat. RT-qPCR analysis revealed that the expression of one of the three EjTIFY genes increased and the expression of two decreased under salt stress conditions, suggesting that EjTIFY exhibited different expression patterns under salt stress conditions.

ABSTRACT

The effect of hydrogen content on the deformation and fracture behavior of 27Cr-4Mo-2Ni super ferritic stainless steel (SFSS) was investigated in this study. It was shown that the plasticity and yield strength of SFSS were very susceptible to hydrogen content. The introduction of hydrogen led to a significant decrease in elongation and a concurrent increase in yield strength. Nevertheless, a critical threshold was identified in the elongation reduction, after which the elongation remained approximately constant even with more hydrogen introduced, while the yield strength exhibited a monotonic increase with increasing hydrogen content within the experimental range, attributed to the pinning effect of the hydrogen Cottrell atmosphere on dislocations. Furthermore, the hydrogen-charged SFSS shows an apparent drop in flow stress after upper yielding and a reduced work hardening rate during the subsequent plastic deformation. The more hydrogen is charged, the more the flow stress drops, and the lower the work hardening rate becomes.

ABSTRACT

Background: In China, most of the citizens experienced SARS-CoV-2 infection since the end of 2022. The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic affected people's physical health and also had a significant impact on mental well-being. The present study aims to discover if the experience of SARS-CoV-2 infection influences patients' anxiety toward third molar surgery in the Chinese population. Materials and methods: The present study took the form of a questionnaire survey. From January 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023, patients who went to the Stomatology Center of China-Japan Friendship Hospital (Beijing, China) for the third molar extraction were included according to the inclusion criteria. The information on COVID-19 infection and the Modified Dental Anxiety Scale (MDAS) was collected. The software SPSS 22.0 was used for the statistical analyses. Results: A total of 574 survey results were harvested in the present study. The infection rate of COVID-19 was 86.6% (p > 0.05). The Average MDAS scores between patients who had been infected with COVID-19 and patients who were never infected were not significantly different (11.65 ± 4.41 vs. 11.42 ± 4.41, p > 0.05). The subgroup analysis was conducted according to the length of time after the recovery of COVID-19 (Model 1), and the highest temperature during the infection (Model 2). In Model 1 and Model 2, the one-way ANOVA test did not find statistical significance between the groups (Model 1 p = 0.114; Model 2 p = 0.481). The MDAS scores in female patients were significantly higher than in male patients (12.29 ± 4.53 vs. 9.91 ± 3.80, p < 0.001). Patients who extracted double teeth got significantly higher MDAS scores than those who extracted single teeth before the surgery (12.03 ± 4.74 vs. 11.24 ± 4.18, p = 0.037). Conclusion: The present study did not establish a significant impact of SARS-CoV-2 infection on the anxiety levels associated with third molar surgery among Chinese patients. The potential long-term biopsychological effects of the virus warrant further investigation.

ABSTRACT

Background: Bufalin (BFL, an active anti-tumor compound derived from toad venom) is limited in its application due to high toxicity and rapid metabolism of the cardiotonic steroid. Ester prodrug self-assembly nanoparticles have shown significant improved effects in addressing the above-mentioned issues. Methods: An ester bond was formed between linoleic acid and bufalin to synthesize linoleic acid-bufalin prodrug (LeB). The self-assembly nanoparticles (LeB-PSNs) containing different mass ratios of DSPE-PEG2k and prodrug (6:4, 7:3, 8:2, 9:1 and 10:0) were prepared via co-precipitation method and defined as 6:4-PSNs, 7:3-PSNs, 8:2-PSNs, 9:1-PSNs and LeB-PSNs, respectively. Further, the characterization (particle size, zeta potential, surface morphology and stability) of the nanoparticles was carried out. Finally, we evaluated the impact of different ratios of DSPE-PEG2k on the hydrolysis rate, cytotoxicity, cellular uptake, cell migration and proliferation suppression potential of the prodrug nanoparticles. Results: The linoleic acid-bufalin prodrug (LeB) was successfully synthesized. Upon the addition of DSPE-PEG2k at different weight ratios, both particle size and polydispersity index (PDI) significantly decreased, while the zeta potential increased remarkably. No significant differences in particle size, PDI and Zeta potential were observed among the 9:1, 8:2 and 7:3 PSNs. Notably, the 8:2 (w/w) DSPE-PEG2k nanoparticles exhibited superior stability, hydrolysis and cellular uptake rates, along with efficient cell cytotoxicity, cell migration and proliferation suppression. Conclusion: These findings indicate that DSPE-PEG2k could improve the performance of BFL prodrug nanoparticles, namely enhancing stability and achieving adaptive drug release by modulating the hydrolysis rate of esterase. This study therefore provides more opportunities for the development of BFL application.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: Magnolol (MG) and Brucea javanica (L.) Merr. oil (BJO) possess synergetic anti-tumor effects, but have poor water solubility and stability, which results in low oral bioavailability. SIGNIFICANCE: The MG loaded self-microemulsion drug delivery system (MG-SMDDS) with BJO as oil phase component was utilized to improve the cellular uptake and synergetic anti-tumor effects. METHODS: Compatibility study and pseudoternary phase diagram (PTPD) were respectively employed to screen for the composition and proportion of oil phase in the formulation. Central composite design-effect surface method was applied to optimize proportion of each formulation condition. The droplet size, ζ-potential, colloid stability, encapsulation rate (ER) and in vitro dissolution rate of MG-SMDDS were evaluated. Furthermore, cellular uptake and cytotoxicity of the microemulsion on HepG2 cells were assessed. RESULTS: The optimal composition of MG-SMDDS was: MG (9.09%), castor oil (7.40%), BJO (2.47%), Cremophor EL 35 (54.04%) and 1, 2-propanediol (27.01%). The MG-SMDDS exhibited satisfactory droplet size, ζ-potential, colloid stability and ER, as well as faster dissolution rate than free MG. More importantly, SMEDDS containing BJO could enhance the cellular uptake and cytotoxicity of free BJO and free MG on tumor cells. CONCLUSIONS: The BJO self-microemulsion delivery technique can provide an idea for design of oral delivery vehicles based on BJO.

ABSTRACT

Wavelength-tunable orbital angular momentum (OAM) lasers with controllable topological charges have the potential for serving as light sources for large-capacity optical communication by combining conventional wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) with OAM mode-division multiplexing (OAM-MDM). In this study, we demonstrate a wavelength-tunable Tm-bulk laser that can control OAM states in the 2-µm spectral range. The excitation conditions for different Laguerre-Gaussian (L G 0,l ) modes in a bulk laser cavity are theoretically determined by measuring the spatial propagation dynamics of the annular pump beam. As a proof-of-principle study, we experimentally generate OAM states of |ℏ| and |2ℏ| from a T m:Y 2 O 3 ceramic laser with a tunable emission wavelength using a Lyot filter (LF). The spatial properties of the scalar optical vortices are well conserved during wavelength tuning, indicating the feasibility of our approach for producing wavelength-tunable structured light. These OAM laser sources, which are characterized by their robustness and compactness, have potential applications in various areas such as optical communications, quantum optics, super-resolution microscopes, and more.

ABSTRACT

An electromagnetic wavefront can be flexibly manipulated by discrete phase coding on the coding unit. In this paper, we designed two coding metasurfaces with 1-bit and 3-bit based on active tuning of Dirac semimetals by controlling the Fermi level (E F) with an external polarization voltage. The size and structure of the metasurface remain unchanged with this strategy. Both designs were found to be dynamically tunable. The 1-bit coding metasurface enables beam conversion, single-focus switching, and switching between single-focus and multi-focus. On the other hand, the 3-bit coding metasurface enables the switching between vortex beams and single-beam mirror reflections. These proposed structures have potential applications in terahertz (THz) communications and terahertz-focused imaging, opening up new possibilities for the dynamic modulation of THz waves.

ABSTRACT

Empowering robots with tactile perception and even thinking as well as judgment capabilities similar to those of humans is an inevitable path for the development of future robots. Here, we propose a biomimetic electronic skin (BES) that truly serves and applies to robots to achieve superior dynamic-static perception and material cognition functionalities. First, the microstructured triboelectric and piezoresistive layers are fabricated by a facile template method followed by selected self-polymerization treatment, enabling BES with high sensitivity and a wide detection range. Further, through laminated-independent triboelectric and piezoresistive parts for perceiving dynamic and static pressures simultaneously, the BES is capable of supporting the robot hand to monitor the entire process during object grasping. Most importantly, by further combining a neural network model, an intelligent cognition system is constructed for real-time cognition of the object material species via one touch of the robot hand under arbitrary pressures, which goes beyond the human cognition ability.

ABSTRACT

This study investigates the impact of marriage on the body mass index (BMI) of individuals aged 18-45 in China. We used data from ten rounds of the China Health and Nutrition Survey spanning from 1989 to 2015, and applied Difference-in-Differences (DID) model to examine the impact of marriage on BMI. Our findings reveal that marriage has a significant positive effect on BMI, especially among males, with post-marriage elevation of male BMI continuing to increase over time. Moreover, marriage is associated with a 5.2% increase in the prevalence of overweight and a 2.5% rise in the incidence of obesity among males. While energy intake levels for Chinese women did not undergo significant changes after marriage, nor did their energy expenditure levels, men experienced a marked alteration in energy balance, characterized by an increase in caloric intake and a decrease in physical activity. Furthermore, our study confirms significant period differences in the effect of marriage on BMI, with post-marriage elevation of male BMI continuing to rise over time. In contrast, there was no clear trend for female BMI after marriage. Our research highlights the importance of promoting physical fitness and health management within families while fostering intimate relationships through marriage. Public health policies should consider the potential impact of marriage as an intervention window for addressing individuals' weight management needs. Distinct post-marriage body management plans should be designed for both genders.

ABSTRACT

Ceramic matrix composites have the advantages of low density, high specific strength, high specific die, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, etc., which are widely used in aerospace, energy, transportation, and other fields. CMCs have become an important choice for engine components and other high-temperature component manufacturing. However, ceramic matrix composite is a kind of multi-phase structure, anisotropy, high hardness material, due to the brittleness of the ceramic matrix, the weak bonding force between fiber and matrix, and the anisotropy of composite material. Burr, delamination, tearing, chips, and other surface damage tend to generate in the machining, resulting in surface quality and strength decline. This paper reviewed the latest abrasive machining technology for SiC ceramic composites. The characteristics and research directions of the main abrasive machining technology, including grinding, laser-assisted grinding, ultrasonic-assisted grinding, and abrasive waterjet machining, are introduced first. Then, the commonly used numerical simulation research for modeling and simulating the machining of ceramic matrix composites is briefly summarized. Finally, the processing difficulties and research hotspots of ceramic matrix composites are summarized.

ABSTRACT

The proliferation and differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in vitro are the key properties of bone tissue engineering for biomaterials. In this study, hydroxyapatite (HA) coated porous carbon nanofibres (PCNFs) were prepared to load dexamethasone (DEX) and further improve the differentiation ability of the BMSCs. Various characterisations were applied to reveal the DEX loading efficacy and biocompatibility, especially the differentiation strength. The results showed that HA could be successfully coated on the PCNFs by pretreating the surface using PEG conjugation. With an increase of HA, the particle diameter increased and the DEX loading decreased. In vitro experiments proved higher cell viability, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, calcium nodule secretion ability and the RUNX2 protein expression, indicating that the as-prepared was of great biocompatibility and optimised osteoconductivity, which was attributed to the componential imitation to natural bone and the accelerated BMSCs differentiation. Consequently, the novel DEX loaded and HA coated PCNFs can provide potential applications in bone tissue regeneration.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: NeoSeq is a new method of gene sequencing for newborn screening. The goal is to explore the relationship between gene sequencing by NeoSeq combined with tandem mass spectrum (TMS) and four neonatal diseases. METHODS: A total of 1,989 newborns from August 2010 to December 2021 were enrolled. The case number of congenital hypothyroidism, phenylketonuria, adrenocortical hyperplasia, and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency was counted, and the results of gene sequencing by NeoSeq and TMS were analyzed. RESULTS: The proportion of male newborns was higher than that of female newborns (51.68% vs. 48.32%). The detection rate of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency was higher than that of the other three diseases (0.60% vs. 0.05%, 0.05%, 0.15%). A total of 121 newborns were recalled from 1989 newborns by traditional screening technique, and TMS detected phenylketonuria, citrullinemia, glutaric acidemia type I, and 3-methylcro-tonyl-CoA carboxylase deficiency in 1 newborn each. Gene sequencing by NeoSeq of newborns with positive TMS results confirmed the presence of susceptibility genes, and 17 of 1,868 newborns with normal biochemical tests had pathogenic genes. CONCLUSIONS: The incidence of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency is relatively higher in four neonatal diseases, and the detection rate of gene sequencing by NeoSeq combined with TMS is high.

ABSTRACT

The polarization topology around the bound states in continuum (BIC) affects the optical vortex (OV) beam generation. We propose a cross-cross-shaped resonator based on a THz metasurface to realize an OV beam generator in real space by exploiting the inherent winding topology around the BIC. The BIC merging at the point Γ is achieved by tuning the width of the cross resonator, which significantly improves the Q factor and enhances the field localization. Furthermore, the switching between the high-order OV beam generator governed by the merged BIC and the low-order OV beam generator is realized. This extends the application of BIC in modulating orbital angular momentum.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Cutaneous adverse events are commonly reported immune-related adverse events (irAEs), some of which are serious or even life-threatening, and it is essential to study these specific cutaneous AEs to understand their characteristics and risk. Methods: We performed a meta-analysis of published clinical trials for immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) to evaluate the incidence of cutaneous adverse events, using data from PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library databases. Results: A total of 232 trials with 45,472 patients were involved. Results showed that anti-PD-1 and targeted therapy combinations were associated with higher risk for most of the selected cutaneous adverse events. In addition, a retrospective pharmacovigilance study was conducted using the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Adverse Events System database. Reporting odds ratio (ROR) and Bayesian information components (IC) were used to perform the disproportionality analysis. Cases were extracted from January 2011 to September 2020. We identified 381 (20.24%) maculopapular rash, 213 (11.32%) vitiligo, 215 (11.42%) Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), and 165 (8.77%) toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) cases. For vitiligo, anti-PD-1/L1 combined with anti-CTLA-4 therapy showed the strongest signal (ROR: 55.89; 95% CI: 42.34-73.78; IC025: 4.73). Palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia (PPE) was reported with the most significant association with combined anti-PD-1/L1 and VEGF (R)-TKIs (ROR: 18.67; 95% CI: 14.77-23.60; IC025: 3.67). For SJS/TEN, antiPD-1 inhibitors showed the strongest signal (ROR: 3.07; 95% CI: 2.68-3.52; IC025: 1.39). The median onset time of vitiligo and SJS/TEN was 83 and 24 days, respectively. Conclusion: Overall, in selected cutaneous AEs, each of them showed specific characteristics. It is necessary to realize their differences and take appropriate interventions in patients with different regimens.

ABSTRACT

This paper proposes a deep-learning-assisted design method for 2-bit coding metasurfaces. This method uses a skip connection module and the idea of an attention mechanism in squeeze-and-excitation networks based on a fully connected network and a convolutional neural network. The accuracy limit of the basic model is further improved. The convergence ability of the model increased nearly 10 times, and the mean-square error loss function converges to 0.000168. The forward prediction accuracy of the deep-learning-assisted model is 98%, and the accuracy of inverse design results is 97%. This approach offers the advantages of an automatic design process, high efficiency, and low computational cost. It can serve users who lack metasurface design experience.

ABSTRACT

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide, and its pathophysiological mechanisms remain unknown. IRSp53 family members, such as BAIAP2L1, participate in the progression of multiple tumors. However, the role of BAIAP2L2 in HCC remains unclear. This study comprehensively analyzed the potential role of BAIAP2L2 in HCC using bioinformatic techniques. The expression of BAIAP2L2 in HCC was analyzed using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), and Human Protein Atlas (HPA) databases and in vitro experiments. In addition, the prognostic value of BAIAP2L2 in HCC was analyzed using the TCGA database. TCGA and GEO database were used to analyze the role of BAIAP2L2 in immune features. We also explored the function of BAIAP2L2 in methylation and cuprotosis. The CellMiner database was used to analyze the relationship between BAIAP2L2 expression and drug sensitivity. Our study revealed that BAIAP2L2 is overexpressed in HCC and promotes the migration and invasion of HCC cells. BAIAP2L2 may affect the prognosis of HCC by regulating immunity, methylation, and cuprotosis. BAIAP2L2 is a novel HCC prognostic gene involved in immune infiltration associated with cuprotosis and may be a potential prognosis and therapeutic target for HCC.

ABSTRACT

Objective To identify the expression of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) on peripheral blood monocytes and B cells of patients with allergic rhinitis (AR), allergic rhinitis combined with allergic asthma (ARA) before and after allergen challenge. Methods The peripheral venous blood from patients with AR and ARA were recruited and stimulated with Artemisia sieversiana wild allergen extract (ASWE), house dust mite allergen extract (HDME), and Platanus pollen allergen extract (PPE). Flow cytometry was then used to detect the expression of TLR2 on peripheral monocytes and B cells. Results Compared with healthy control (HC) group, the percentage of TLR2+ monocytes and decreased mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of TLR2 on monocytes in AR and ARA patients decreased. After being challenged with the above mentioned three allergens, the portion of TLR2+ monocytes in HC group and MFI of TLR2 on monocytes in AR patients also decreased. Meanwhile, MFI of TLR2 on B cells also showed a decrease after challenged with ASWE and HDME. Conclusion The expression of TLR2 on monocytes and B cells decreases in AR and ARA patients.
