[The clinico-microbiological and epidemiological aspects of hospital infections in a surgical clinic]. / Kliniko-mikrobiologicheskie i épidemiologicheskie aspekty gospital'nykh infektsii v khirurgicheskoi klinike.

Complex clinical and microbiological and epidemiological study of specificity of hospital infections was conducted in surgical clinics of Military and Medical Academy. Analysis of the materials obtained has permitted to develop the classification of agents of modern hospital surgical infections, to study the variety and specificity of forming of microorganism hospital strains. To optimize the system of sanitary and epidemiological inspection on hospital infections and to improve their prophylaxis it is proposed to introduce into the practice of bacteriological laboratories of military medical and prophylactic institutions the quantitative microbiological examinations of clinical material. Besides it is reasonable to have in the stuff of multipurpose military hospitals the post of hospital epidemiologist trained in the actual problems of clinical microbiology, hospital hygiene and surgical infection.

[Improvement in the system of checking and assessing the physical fitness of military physicians]. / K probleme sovershenstvovaniia sistemy proverki i otsenki fizicheskoi podgotovlennosti voennykh vrachei.

Problematic questions of physical training and physical fitness of military physicians are described in this article. The results of studies and estimation of the existing system of physical training of military physicians are depicted. Optimal fitness norms are recommended for MOS "Military physician".

The article contains data concerning nosocomial malady and the efficiency of preventive measures. The authors analyse the reasons and the conditions of the increase of hospital-acquired diseases, and show the significance of hospital hygiene.

[The tasks of the health inspection of the working conditions for the personnel of military pharmacies]. / O zadachakh sanitarnogo nadzora za usloviiami truda personala voennykh aptek.

The article deals with the occupational problems of pharmacies, discloses the main limitations in the organization of prophylactic measures, stresses the basic trends for the practice of physicians-hygienists. The authors propose to enhance the efficiency of the current control regarding the personnel. Besides all it is necessary to made an object classification of all military pharmacies, and estimate the hygienic and sanitary conditions of personnel. The article stands for the unique method which could estimate these conditions and proposes to make the analysis of the health state of personnel, taking into account age specific rates, sex, conditions of daily life and job performance.
