ABSTRACT

Twelve patients suffering from subcutaneous dorsal induration of the penis were investigated. The diagnosis of a lymphangitis or thrombophlebitis depends on clinical features. It is of nonvenereal origin, and the treatment, if necessary, consists in local or systemic antiinflammatory or antibiotic therapy.

ABSTRACT

Occult neurogenic bladder disorder in the case of sacral agenesis is discussed. This disease entity is often overlooked due to the scanty extravesical neurologic findings. A precise urodynamic workup combined with electromyography of the anal sphincter do, however, contribute to diagnosis. Unless occult neurogenic bladder disorder undergoes timely species therapy, it can lead to late damage to the urinary tract.
