Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Qing Gong decoction in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods From May 2016 to June 2017,90 cases of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion in the People's Hospital of Dongping County were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table ,with 45 cases in each group .The two groups were all treated with drug abortion to terminate pregnancy ,and the control group was treated with metronidazole tablets +carbazochrome tablets after the termination of pregnancy .The observation group was treated with Huoxue Qing Gong decoction on the basis of the control group.The effect of abortion,bleeding time and bleeding volume after drug abortion ,the time of menstrual recovery and menstrual duration after treatment in thetwo groups were observed and compared .Results Thetotal abortion rate in the observation group was 95.6％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.4％),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.620,P<0.05).The proportion of bleeding time≤7d after abortion in the observation group was 37.8％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (11.1％),the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =5.628,P<0.05).The proportion of bleeding time 8～14d of the observation group was 60％,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(73.3％),the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =6.571,P<0.05).The proportion of bleeding time more than 15d after drug abortion of the observation group was 2.2％,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (15.6％),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.028,P<0.05).The proportion of vaginal bleeding volume <previous menstrual volume after drug abortion of the observation group was 60.0％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(28.9％),the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =6.021,P <0.05).The proportion of amount of vaginal bleeding =previous menstrual volume after drug abortion in the observation group was 22.2％,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.7％),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.114,P<0.05).The proportion of vaginal bleeding volume>previous menstrual volume after drug abortion of the observation group was 17.8％,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (44.4％),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.375,P<0.05).The period of menstrual recovery of the observation group was (29.5 ±4.2) d,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group[(37.9 ±4.3)d](t=5.028,P<0.05).The duration of menstruation in the observation group was (5.0 ±1.1)d,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(6.9 ±1.2)d],the difference was statistically significant(t=3.229,P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Qing Gong decoction in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion can significantly shorten the time of vaginal bleeding ,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding ,improve the rate of complete abortion,and has no obvious effect on the first menstrual cycle and menstrual period after the drug flow .

The period of menstrual recovery of the observation group was (29.5±4.2)d, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group[(37.9±4.3)d](t=5.028, P<0.05). The duration of menstruation in the observation group was (5.0±1.1)d, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(6.9±1.2)d], the difference was statistically significant(t=3.229, P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Huoxue Qing Gong decoction in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion can significantly shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, improve the rate of complete abortion, and has no obvious effect on the first menstrual cycle and menstrual period after the drug flow.

[Objective] To search a reasonable approach to the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NC) with traditional Chinese medicine integrated with western medicine. [ Methods ] Seventy - six cases of NC were randomized into Group A and Group B. Group A ( n = 39) was treated with herbs for activating blood and removing blood - stasis, nourishing yin and clearing heat during radiotherapy and herbs for replenishing qi and nourishing yin, generating body fluid, moistening dryness and clearing heat after radiotherapy. Group B ( n = 37) was treated with radiotherapy alone. Short - term therapeutic effect, long - term survival rate, the relief of main symptoms, the reduction of cervical lymph node metastasis and side effect of radiotherapy in the two groups were observed. ABSTRACT
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of wind - dispelling, blood - activating and stasis - removing Chinese herbs combined with autoepidermic grafting for vitiligo. [Methods] Forty cases of vitiligo were randomized into two groups: 28 cases in Group A were treated with Chinese herbs combined with autoepidermic grafting (235 grafts in all) and 12 in Group B with autoepidermic grafting (118 grafts in all) alone. [Results] In Group A, 1 case was cured, 13 were markedly effective, 10 effective and 4 ineffective and 0, 3, 3, and 6 in Group B respectively. The therapeutic effect in Group A was superior to that in Group B (P = 0.034). [Conclusion] Chinese herbs combined with autoepidermic grafting has a better effect than autoepidermic grafting alone for vitiligo.

To explore the effects of Quyu Xiaoban Capsule (QXC) on blood lipid level and platelet activity in coronary heart disease (CHD).A randomized single blinded trial was adopted in 62 cases of CHD. Thirty one cases (control group) were treated with routine western medicine and the rest (QXC group) with QXC added. Serum levels of total cholesterols (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) and platelet-activating ? granule membrane protein (GMP 140) were detected before and after treatment.After ten weeks of treatment, GMP 140, TC and TG levels were decreased to various degrees in QXC group, the differences being significant as compared with those in control group and those in QXC group before treatment (P0 05).[Conclusion]QXC can decrease the blood lipid level and improve platelet activity and has a certain effect in preventing and treating CHD.

Objective To explore the effects of blood-circulation promoting and phlegm removing treatment on the structure, activity of Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ ATPase and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of mitochondria membrane in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods Spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were classified into 14-week-old model group(Group C),28-week-old model group(Group D) and treatment group (treated with blood-circulation promoting and phlegm removing Chinese herbal medicine,Group E).Normal Wistar rats 14 weeks old (Group A)and 28 weeks old(Group B) served as the controls.The structure of myocardial mitochondria membrane were analyzed quantitatively by transmission electron microscope,and the activity of Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ ATPase and MDA content were also detected. Results Specific surface area of mitochondria was smaller, the activity of Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ ATPase was lower and MDA content was higher in SHR than the controls.MDA content increased as the duration of disease prolonged. Chinese herbal medicine could counteract the above changes. Conclusion Blood-circulation promoting and phlegm removing herbs can partially counteract the progress of left ventricular hypertrophy in SHR.

Objective To investigate the effect of blood-flow-activating and blood-stasis-removing herbal medicine on the vision of primary glaucoma patients.Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 60 eyes of primary glaucoma from 32 cases.The cases were allocated to Group A and Group B.Group A(n=33 eyes)was treated with routine drugs of lowering intraocular pressure and operation and Group B(n=27 eyes)with blood-flow-activating and blood-stasis-removing herbal medicine additionally.Results After treatment,the vision of 8 eyes( 24.24%)in Group A and 16 eyes ( 59.26%)in Group B was improved,and the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Blood-flow-activating and blood-stasis-removing herbal medicine combined with routine treatment is helpful for the increase of vision of primary glaucoma.

【Objective】To observe the effect of therapy of artificial menstrual cycle induction by Chinese medicine combined with assisted reproductive techniques(ART)on embryo implantation rate in in-vitro fertilization.【Methods】Sixtynine infertility patients were randomized into groups A(n=30)and B(n=39).Group B was treated with simple ART and group A received ART treatment after artificial menstrual cycle induction by Chinese medicine for 2～3 treatment courses.The therapy of artificial menstrual cycle induced by Chinese medicine respectivdy was carried out by applying Chinese medicine respectively with the actions of tonifying kidney,activating blood and removing stasis,tonifying kidney,and activating blood and regulating menstruation according to the ovarian cyclic changes of maturation of follicle,ovulation,formation of corpus luteum and atrophy of corpus luteum.After treatment,the medication time and dosage of gonadotropin,the number of retrieved oocytes,fertilization rate,cleavage rate,the number of fine quality embryo,embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.【Results】In group A,the embryo implantation rate was 27.0%,higher than 15.0% in group B(P0.05).【Conclusion】Therapy of artificial menstrual cycle induction by Chinese medicine combined with ART is helpful for the improvement and coordination of organic function,and thus increase embryo implantation rate in infertility patients.

[Objective] To study the influence on humoral immunity and ectopic endometrium by infusion of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction (BTD) with the Huoxue Sanjie Suppository (HSS) in anus. [Methods] One hundred and thirty SD rats were allocated to ten groups: normal control (A), model (B), normal dose of HSS (C), normal dose of BTD with HSS (D), 3 doses of BTD (E), 3 doses of BTD with HSS (F), 5 doses of BTD (G), 5 doses of HSS (H), 5 doses of BTD with HSS (I), and Danazol (J) groups. The endometriosis (EM) rats were modeled by endometrium implantation in all groups except those in Group A. Four weeks after the treatment, the contents of immunoglobulin (IgG、IgM、IgA), C_3, C_4 and ALT were tested, and histomorphomological analysis of the thymus, ovary, uterus, EM implants, liver and kidney were performed. [Results] Four weeks after EM implantation, the ectopic endometria were growing well, IgG and C_3 increased, but IgM decreased, and the uterus and ovary significantly enlarged. With the treatment of BTD and HSS or Danazol, the ectopic endometria were atrophied. In Groups F and G, IgG decreased; in Groups H and I, C_3 decreased, and uterus and ovary shrunk in Group I. Danazol can help to prolong the sexual cycle, while BTD and HSS can not. In all the medication groups, no obvious difference was found in ALT of the rats. [Conclusion] Oral administration of BTD with HSS can cause endometrial atrophy and improve humoral immunity in model rats.

[Objective] To observe the effect of Zicao Tianhuafen Decoction (ZTD), mainly composed of Radix Arnebiae seu Lithospermi, Radix Trichosanthis, Rhizoma Bletillae, Radix Notoginseng and Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, on abortion induced by mifepristone. [Methods] One hundred and sixty cases were randomly allocated to two groups. After administration of mifepristone in the two groups, Group A was given ZTD while Group B was not. Complete abortion rate, incomplete abortion rate, ineffective rate, vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding time were observed after treatment. [Results] The complete abortion rate was 96.25% in Group A and 86.25% in Group B (P = 0.058). Vaginal bleeding volume was less and bleeding time shorter in Group A than those in Group B(P = 0.001). [Conclusion] ZTD can decrease the vaginal bleeding volume and shorten the bleeding time and tends to increase the complete abortion rate.
