ABSTRACT
Introducción: está establecida la reunión docente clínico-patológica de análisis de adultos fallecidos, que retroalimenta el pensamiento clínico y la conducta diagnóstico-terapéutica, cuyo desarrollo pudiera ser deficiente por no existir una metodología adecuada (orientada oficialmente) que garantice la cientificidad de este análisis, en perjuicio de la formación competente del Médico General Básico y el especialista en Medicina General Integral y consecuentemente de la calidad de los servicios que prestan, lo que constituye un problema de la práctica docente. Diversos autores enfatizan en el fundamento científico de este análisis, pues la garantía de su eficiencia está determinada por la profundidad de la interrelación de los procesos salud-enfermedad y enseñanza-aprendizaje. Objetivo: destacar el fundamento científico del análisis clínico-patológico de adultos fallecidos en el nivel primario de salud. Método: se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en la base de datos CUMED. Usando el tesauro DeCS como expresión de búsqueda para obtener información sobre el tema tratado. Resultados: los factores de riesgo influyen negativamente acelerando el envejecimiento, las enfermedades y la muerte; La prevención es la garantía para la conservación con calidad de la vida humana. el desempeño competente de los profesionales de la salud garantiza la atención adecuada al proceso salud-enfermedad. El análisis científico de la competencia profesional ante un adulto fallecido permite detectar necesidades de aprendizaje. Conclusiones: el fundamento científico del análisis de adultos fallecidos está determinado por la valoración de la competencia profesional ante el proceso salud-enfermedad, identificando necesidades de aprendizaje.
